Repeater does not have Pagination Property. Two solutions to solve it.
1. Manually handle the pagination
Or
2. Use GridView

Hi,
I'm having a problem connecting my web application to an Active Directory running on Windows 2000 Server (SP4).
It works fine if I connect to an AD on Windows Server 2003, but if I try to use the AD on Windows 2000 Server I get this error message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
And shows is red the ActiveDirectoryMembershipProvider section on the web.config.
I think the connection string and credentials are ok, because I used them on a LDAP Browser and succeed to connect to the AD. But on the web application I'm getting this error when I try to login.
If I remove the Membership.ValidateUser method from my login page I can enter in the application.
What could be wrong? The Provider connection? Incompatibility with Windows 2000 Server AD?
Here is the Stack Trace:

And here is my web.config:

<add name="ADConnectionString" connectionString="LDAP://aaa.bbb.ccc.dd.pt:389/DC=bbb,DC=ccc,DC=dd,DC=pt"/>

I would appreciate any help because I don't know what to do anymore. I've tried so many things with no success
Thanks!

If you want anybody to be able to help you, you have to be a lot more specific.
The subject should be a short description of the question. "help me" is totally useless as subject, as it doesn't contain any information at all that would distinguish it from any other question.
Your question contains way too little information to be possible to answer. Actually, the question would work very well as subject, but a question has to be more complete.
You need to specify what kind of rows it is that you want to change, how they should be changed, and in what way it should be automatic.
Experience is the sum of all the mistakes you have done.

Hi all,
I have a problem which is as follows
I have a server located at remote location. I want to map a network drive on one of the client machines located at our premises through a form. The mapped path should be stored in a database table.
When a user wants to access some files stored in the shared folder, my program will pick up the path stored in the table and accordingly fetch the requisite files from that location.
I am using ASP.NET 2005 with C# as code-behind language.
Let me tell you what I have done. On one of my forms I have used the file upload control which helps me in arriving at the destination folder. I also have the path appearing in the text box when I click on the Open button. I extract the directory path and send it to the database table. So far so good. When I come to my second form, I fetch the path from the table and put it as a parameter to an ODBCConnection object. This is where it gives me an error stating (unknown) Not a valid path to the server.

You have a file on a network path at a client. Your web server is located remotely from the site, and doesn't have access to the network drive - so when you try and access the drive from the web server, no joy.
What you might want to do is provide the path as a link on the page. When the client clicks the link, they should be able to access the network drive.

I have a page which needs to be visible only after logged in. So for that I have added the following piece of code to my page.
Response.Buffer = True
Response.ExpiresAbsolute = Now() - 1
Response.Expires = 0
Response.CacheControl = "no-cache"
In the same page I have one text box, a DropDownList and a submit button. My problem is when the page is submitted, it goes to Logout page. Once in a while only it happens.
And I think it happens during first time log in only. Next time if I log in the form is properly submitted.
Can anyone tell the reason?
