I have written the following Shove in Java.
I was Hoping Someone Could test it out on a Non-Windows System. (with Java Installed)
Since i don't have access to one...It's Purpose is to Forward a shell (or any console application)..so you might have to change the "shell" from "cmd.exe" to whatever ...in the command line.
It Works on my Win2k SP4, though.
Thanks in Advance.

Our company has a web service based licensing product that needs tested. The product is added to any .NET project and allows trial days, licensing (purchase, refund, transfer, etc...) all without seller intervention. The license is based on the end users computer hardware serial numbers, etc... to disallow multi-installs (piracy). The seller has full control to extend trial days or add/remove licensing if needed.
Any takers?

I like to stay abreast on these schemes. If you would like me to attempt to break the scheme, let me know. When I say break, I mean break the protocol. I don't do the RE thing too often anymore.

How do you get Microsoft to license US Patent 6.243.468? They did not respond to my inquires when I was researching a similar system.
gman44 wrote: without seller intervention.
I presume this means Internet Activation. Ditto for US Patents 6.173.403, 6.044.471, and 6.785.825

We are using NUnit to test our code. Is there a free tool that will allow us to determine the code coverage? NCover is no longer for free, only the older versions are for free.
Is there another tool out there similar to NCover?
Would you recommend we use older versions of NCover?
- Thanks

The older versions should work just fine. As far as I know the only options are NCover and MSTest (which is only available with the Team Edition versions of Visual Studio).

Oops. A hardened browser cannot render the site. I don't allow those controls. Too many vulnerabilities. Sorry. Perhaps you can create the equivalnet using PNGs or JPGs. Then, anyone can view the site without the need for lowering security.

i have deployed a jsp and servelet applciation in intranet.
the pages work fine for all the browsers but not for safari.
actually i was using websphere for the EAR file.
when i tried to debug, i found that it was not showing any value for username
prior to the displaying of the page.
what the application does is that first of all before loading the page, it prompts for the user name and password for the domain i.e it checks for the active directory then only it load the file.
probably that is the point where safari does not work.
what could have gone wrong? do i need to configure something?
