Hello,
That will always happen unless the delimiter is changed to something else eg "|". Otherwise:
1,abc,d,2
cant be 3 columns in a CSV file, because CSV=COMMA SEPERATED VALUE, so what you want is:
1|abc,d|2
which will always be 3 columns.

Adeel

Hi everyone,

I have it dropped and recreated many times but it still gives same error.

Hi Jibcht,
In regards to your query I would suggest you to to to SQL Server Management Studio -->Object Explorer-->Databases -->TfsWorkItemTracking -->Storage-->Full Text Catalogs--> TeamFoundationServer10FullTextCatalog.
Right-clicked and chose Rebuild.
I hope this helps .

Hello Freiends,
Can we update and Delete a record from View in Sql Server 2000
|
|
|
|
|
Ugh,
Nasty. Sometimes. I think you need a posh version of Sql Server to do it and there are restrictions - I think your view cannot span more than one table, probably others too.
Is there a problem with updating the underlying tables?

Rob Philpott.

The view can use many tables, but the UPDATE statement must reference columns from only one base table; more here[^], section Updatable Views.

Hi
I created ASP.NET 2.0 web application that uses SQL Server 2000 database and it works perfectly when website was in the runtime mode.
Then I publised application on production server.
I received the error:
An error has occurred while establishing a connection to the server.
When connecting to SQL Server 2005, this failure may be caused by the
fact that under the default settings SQL Server does not allow remote
connections. (provider: Named Pipes Provider, error: 40 - Could not
open a connection to SQL Server)
Why it thinks I am trying to connect to SQL Server 2005 ? There is no any
2005 server on server!
This is my connection string:
Server=servername;Database=SOX;User ID=userxxx;Password=******;

How does this answer the OP's question?
<appsettings>
<add key="string_var" value="data source=host;UID=userstring; pwd=passtring;initial Catalog=Deneme" />
</appsettings>
<connectionstrings />
Why are you not storing the connection string in the connectionStrings section? That's what it's there for

SQL SERVER CONNECTION STRING
Do you not understand? The connectionStrings section was introduced in .NET 2.0 for storing connection strings. No one puts connection strings in appSettings any more. I suggest you do some reading and learn how to use it.
