Probably when you run it, the .NET framework is already running.

Sounds fun. Which bit are you stuck on ? Which bits did you work out by googling for help ?

What is this sequence all about?
Text File
(to)
Excel Sheet
(to)
Oracle Table
Did you try out making straight text file to Oracle Table?

Hi guys.
Is it possible to change the horizontal scroll of a table into a button page scroll.
Example. A button "Next" when click, will carry out the same function as the horizontal scroll by scrolling to the next page.
Anyone able to help? Very much appreciated. Thank you.
With regards,
Desmond

That code is just setting a property, the property must be exposed to .NET as well, surely ?

Hi,
Thanks for the prompt reply. Yeah, it just requires it to be exposed, yet I am unable to write the proper interface declaration. I was hoping someone could help me with it. Cant find much on the net.
Thanks,

First three google hits all looked good:

It's C#, but should be easy to convert, or there are converters online.

I've tried the method of directly referencing the file yet VB.net doesnt recognize it as a valid assembly. As for his code, the online converter at developerfusion gives an error on:
[

]
"Invalid Expr"

That's just an attribute, I guess check how attributes are declared in VB.

You're obviously adding the numbers yourself. So, iterate over the rows again, starting with the one below you remove, and reset the number to what you want.

What do you mean by "not working"? Does it cause an exception? Does it do something different? Does it do nothing?

Don't inject data into your SQL Strings. This leaves you vulernable to SQL Injection Attacks. Please read SQL Injection Attacks and some tips on how to prevent them[^]
I'm guessing that your problem is that some of the user input damages the SQL String which is a symptom of vulernability to SQL Injection Attacks.

Sure - but you'd think people whose job in life is data, would hire people who know some SQL.

I want to kknow that if I create many datasets in my application or taking bulk of data in dataset then speed of execution will be affected?
Will this make my application work slower?
|
|
|
|
|
Well, that really depends. How many datasets are we talking, how much memory will the PC you're running the program on have, etc ? A dataset, sitting in memory, shouldn't slow your app down, because it doesn't use the processor, just sitting there.
