I want to write socket client application by using c or c++ in window without using any Winsock

Winsock2 was modeled after the Berkley Sockets API and then extended to add Windows specific and other features. So if you "want" to use it to write Berkley Socket code you can get very close. I can't tell from your post if that is what you "want".
