I was told before I think on this forum that you can't put two columns in a listbox control, I think you can join two different listboxes together but you cant use two columns in one

I don’t know your exact requirement. May be you are looking for the Server.HtmlDecode function.

my problem is downloaded file .sql file[size:4mb], which was not fully downloaded, it partially downloaded.i.e the download file doesn't show the full content it shows only 10 or 15 lines.
if anyone known about this,help me

Whats the code above for, is it from the downloaded file?
Where are you downloading the file from?

Try Response.WriteFile or Response.TransmitFile.

wild guess, isn't problem in this line:
Response.AppendHeader("Content-Length", filename.Length.ToString());
where you are saying that content of the response is as long as length of the filename?

basically my page has 10 controls, and is there javascript to validate these, meanwhile AjaxToolkit:autoCompleteExtendender is there for some controls, in this case javascript shows the error "Object does't support this method" (Javascript error), Is there anything wrong with these...
can any one help me?

hmm..there is nothing wrong in using javascript in AJAX enabled aspx pages...also as you are using AJAX u may be rendering only a part of the page and for that if javascript has to be enabled u have to use ScriptReference
eg:
<asp:scriptmanager id="SampleMngr" runat="server">

<asp:scriptReference path="SampleScript.js" />
</scripts>
</asp:scriptmanager>

on the next button click i am hiding one table and showing second
Now these things work rite in I.E please suggest how to make it working in Firefox..?
i am struck with these .... please please tell me how to solve it

Are you using javascript for that ?
Could you post your javascript code ?

If you are hiding through javascript then possibly u are using the statements not supported by Firefox...i mean Firefox dom doesn't support all the elements as IE supports..so u have to debug each statement in your javascript and find where the error is there 
.....

all the things are working fine ...but in firefox controls are moving towards the menu-bar...i mean to say touching top..of the windows they are loosing there positions ...how to solve it

ohhh if that is the problem...
simply create a main table and keep the four tables that you have inside it according to the need. Using rows and columns in tables gives you a fixed UI

are you getting any errors on the java error console in firefox? If so, post the error messages that you are getting... this would help us to help you better.

can you post the code for the controls because it must be the style you have set for them which is causing them to appear at the top of the page
I dont think you have to use an external style sheet although its usually better coding practice to do so
