Which browser?
I frequently have delete key problem is Firefox - affecting all input fileds including the address bar, not just CP.

It's still IE6SP1 - I have IE7 at work and it sucks so bad we fired the cleaning staff. No need to vacuum weekly.

Check out this[^] post. When the message was composed, the Preview rendered the last set of PRE tags just fine. But, when shown in the normal forum view, the last set of PRE tags renderes like there was never a closing PRE tag.

Works fine for me... (in IE and FF)

I was blown away when I saw that clicking on the Next button would begin the display of the next page of posts at the exact top of the window, without the header stuff. I suppose you're going to tell me that it's always been this way, and if it has, then take this as a belated thanks.

My first reaction is still "What have I broken??" followed by a careful checking, then a careful, quiet sigh of relief
You're welcome.

When writing a new message, I don’t find any clue that in which “message board” I’m going to post the message, only way I have till found is to use browser's back button, wouldn’t it be suitable that it should show heading such as Visual C++ / MFC “New Message” for new message in "Visual C++ / MFC" forum, currently it is showing“New Message” heading.

When you are posting a message there is a "Forum:" title at the top of the blue section that shows exactly this.

But it is only true for "Reply to Message" window not for "New Message" window.

I am facing a weird issue with the messageboards of CP alone. The forum messages appear without any alignment are those stylesheets.
The other stylesheets appear. Whatever needs to appear within the messageboards breaks down. However, the open/close toggle DIV appears fine.
Anyone else suffering from a similar syndrome?

It's just you.
What browser? Do you have stylesheets overridden? Have you hit Ctrl+F5? Does it work on all browsers on your machine? What about other machines?

IE 6. No I don't have any stylesheets overriden in IE.
Let me call my friend and ask him to see from his home.

When reading a lengthily post, sometimes replies to a particular posting can go on ... and on ... and on ... and ... well you get the idea I'm sure.
I'd like to see the ability, when reading a reply, to click a "link" that takes me to the 'parent' message to which that reply was posted.
Not the "root" of the original thread, mind you, but the post being replied to.
That would be handy.
