Dear Vasu,
I have downloaded and included in my applcation.
Now in the page onload client side event I have invoked a jayavascript function. In that function I have declared a variable and initialized as follows:
var keyValuePair;
keyValuePair = new Hashtable();
It is giving "Hastable is undefined".
Can you tell me why?
And in what way it has to be used in the application.
Best Regards,
M. J. Jaya Chitra

Did you include the prototype definitions in the article? That actually defines an object called 'HashTable'.

There is a downloadable example of hashtable:
http://www.comet.co.il/en/articles/hash/hashtable.zip[^]
Nevertheless, the code snippets near the top of the article like
Hashtable.prototype ... are declarations.
You ought to include the function Hashtable and its associated get and put to define the structure.

Have the value UrlEncoded before passing it in the querystring.

Hi Vasudevan Deepak Kumar,
Thanks for reply i have one doubt whether we have to put UrlEncode(hid.value) in the querystring.
Thanks in Advance

If you are building a querystring from serverside, use Server.UrlEncode() .
You can encode the querystring from JavaScript, you ought to use escape function.

Hi .netman,
If I understand your question you need to find out the id of the password textbox......
That will bee Password
How to find out: Go in Design mode on the page where you have the login control. Use the arrow for the login and choose "Convert to template" Now you can place your curser on that field you want to see the Id on and then look in the Properties window.
Kind regards,
simsen
