Hello,
I'm building an ASP.NET website, and also many small class libraries that are like plugins to the website.
While the website won't change after the final build, I will keep building more of these plugins, and changing the old ones often.
The list of plugins changes dynamically while the website is running.
All plugins return html content.
So I thought of two ways to make this happen:
Either the plugins are web sites themselves, and the main website just uses webrequests to dynamically call them.
Or, the plugins are seperate class libraries and the main website creates new instances of them dynamically using the Activator class.
Which would be better to use?

Hi Bretto,
Here is a suggestion. Why not you go for a Ajax Calender control since you want to assign the value to a server control ie: textbox.
Here is the sample code...just try it and see it may be easy for you.
If you already added the AjaxControlToolKit.dll in to your tool bar you may see a CalenderExtender.
First drag a script manager to your page and then drag a CalenderExtender to your page.
Now here the the code...
<asp:TextBox ID="txtDate" runat="server"></asp:TextBox>
<ajaxToolkit:Calendar runat="server" TargetControlID="txtDate" />
Now once you click on the textbox a calender control will appear and its date will be set to the textbox control
Another reason to go for Ajax Calender Control is because of its functionality, year wise, month wise traversal and lot more..just try and see..
Hope it will help...
Thx,
Gayani

Send it to what? You need more than what you asked for, you need to learn how HTTP works because your question makes no sense.

Hi All,
I am developing a client application for Java Webservice, where he is sending the data in complex types(as Java objects). I am able to get the data but it is missing an array of string which is an attribute of the object.
Lets suppose he is sending me an array of objects of the
class Issue{
int issueNo; string[] contacts;
}
Am able to get the object and issueNo and other fields in the object but not able to receive the contacts field, it is coming empty. I am using his proxy, every thing is coming correct except this.
What may be the issue do I need to take any extra precuations during accessing the Java objects. Please help me.
Here I am putting his wsdl's element which refers the contacts. Please any kind of help will be very very usefull as its very urgent.
Thanks a Lot.

Dear All
I have used the coding of Databound Schedule controls. The only thing that I want to ask to ask, in the title field there is only one column that is available. If we want to add more than one column then how it can be possible.
|
|
|
|
|
Two way:
At run Time:
You can define the all columns and fetch query accordingly.
Design Time:
Take all possible columns and set the visibility according your requirements.

I haven't used NUnit-ASP. But you can test the UI if you change your design and implement patterns like MVP/MVC. You don't need NUnit-ASP then, it can be tested using "NUnit".
