Hello all,
I am looking for something similar to the scrolling grid in the week view on google calender.
I looked at
http://www.codeproject.com/aspnet/ScrollingGrid.asp
and it looks pretty good but I need the column widths to change size along with the browser, and have a fixed header that does the same. I have looked around but I'm not really sure on what areas to look at. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
I have maybe a stupid question.
I have a .net 2008 application form , when clicking on a button on the mainform i opens a second form on top of it.
i set the mainform disabled so it is not possible to touch the main form wich is bigger than teh form on top.
In the taskbar the 2 forms are visible , when clicking on the mainform in the taskbar. the mainform becomes on front od the smeller form but the main form is disabled so the programm is not accesible anymore.
Is there a solution so i can remoe the forms from the taskbar so that it is not possible to click on it.
Thanks

Check out the ShowInTaskBar property of the Form.

Ditto to JZ. Sounds like you might want to show it modal as well like, form1.ShowDialog

Environment :
I have developed an Application in VB.NET and Reports are in CrystalReports 10.
The Problem is : I call the CrystalReport rpt file using VB.NET. The crystal Report page contains the map of the USA cities and States.
In Crystal Report if i run the RPT file and move the cursor on the map, the Tool tip shows the Name of the State and Cities.
if i call the Same file using VB.NET, the report shows on IE. If i move the cursor on the map, Nothing is displayed..
So tell me what should i do to show the Cities and States as a Tool tip while calling the Crystal Report rpt file using VB.NET?
Reply Soon............... Waiting...........
Reagrds and Thanks in Advance

Please, Keep in mind that the Crystal Report does not run on the web.
Because, It Uses The Server Controls that should be Buy from The Business object. The Crystal Reports You are using in the vb.net it just a small copy of the Business Object's Crystal Reports.

Perhaps you had better ask your frnd then? AS far as I know, automation in the VB world generally refers to MS Office (word, Excel etc), not sure how that relates to mobile phone themes.
Of course, I could have the wrong end of the stick (again)

If you don't know what automation is, how do you know you want to use it in your application on a mobile phone??
Various applications expose component libraries that you can use to manipulate that application. Examples of this are Word, Excel, AutoCAD, ... You can use these automation libraries to launch the application of use it to manipulate the documents that application works with.
AFAIK, there are no automation libraries to change out themes in a mobile phone.

Try defining a column as "OLE Object". I just did it and it worked. When you edit the table in datasheet view, right-click on OLE Object column, choose Insert Object and choose Bitmap Image. I then had to copy and paste an image into Paint to load the image into the table.
Create a form with the OLE Object column and you will see the image displayed on your form.
I'm not sure if I would use this technique if your database is going to have thousands of images stored, the database size could grow to an unmanageable size.

Thanks for your help.
OLE Object is working.

Please stick to the one thread. What do you mean 'class properties' ? The properties on the class are the only ones you can set on the class.

You can't do this. The PropertyGrid only works with Public properties of a class.

That's the most retard question ever. What properties ? Assign how ? I suspect you want to use reflection, but it's just not remotely clear to me why you'd have to - if you know the object, write code to set it's properties. Why would your code be given objects it knows nothing about ?

Adding a property to a class, during runtime? You could generate the code for a class that inherits everything, compile it during runtime, and dynamically load the generated assembly. Though it may be technically possible, it's a bad idea.
What are you trying to achieve?
