Which part of that error message is unclear? The email address which you are trying to send doesn't exist in the server.

but user exists...i tried with neetumahe@gmail.com too and many more existing user but same error....

Have you successfully authenticated the server? Do you mind showing the code which you used to send mail?

yeah sure i can show no problem
objMail.Fields.Add("http://schemas.microsoft.com/cdo/configuration/sendusing", "2");
objMail.Fields.Add("http://schemas.microsoft.com/cdo/configuration/smtpauthenticate",2);
objMail.Fields.Add("http://schemas.microsoft.com/cdo/configuration/smtpserverport", "25");
objMail.Fields.Add("http://schemas.microsoft.com/cdo/configuration/smtpconnectiontimeout", 10);
SmtpMail.SmtpServer = "74.53.152.202";
objMail.To = txtmail.Text.Trim();
objMail.From = "info@g2o.in";
objMail.Body = body;
objMail.Subject = "New Password";
try
{
SmtpMail.Send(objMail);
}

Check this[^]. I can't see where you are specifying the password and user details for authenticating the server.

now i m getting this error
The message could not be sent to the SMTP server. The transport error code was 0x80040217. The server response was not available

Well, I don't know what caused this issue. What I can tell you is to re-ensure the following points
1 - Check the SMTP server and it is accessible
2 - Check the port
3 - Make sure the address you specified in From exists in the server.
4 - User credentials supplied are correct.

Error Clearly Says, there is no mail id as you given.

I think the problem is that you are not giving the recipient address correctly. Like the address mentioned: neetu@djsw.com does not exist

In a Text box control I've written some text which are divided into Three Paragraps....Now I want to save text in database in same paragraph format...so that during display data should be displayed in three paragraphs.

It depends on where you are displaying the data. If it is on a Literal or writing to response, you need to replace the \n characters with <br> and \t characters with   . If the text is displaying in the text box itself, you don't need any conversions.

I'm Displayind the data in a td.
|
|
|
|

So you have to replace as I said.

What I have understood from your question, it totally depends on where you are displaying the data.

Hi,
I am very new to VS 2008. I understand that .NET have the following functionality build in, but I cant seem to find information specific to my problem.
My problem:
I am trying to Delete a row in a Gridview. If the user select the delete button in the row it wants to delete a message must pop up to ask the user if he/she is sure they want to delete the row. If the user clicks yes, the row must be deleted. I understand this must be done in AJAX. I am trying to find information on how I must go about it.
Can anyone please direct me on how I will do this? Your help will be greatly appreciated.
Kind Regards,
Elizma

For this use a make a javascript function in which use a confirm box if it returns true then delete the row else not.Register this javascript function to every row at rowdatabound function.For deleting the row from the gridview check the link below.

You can also check this link for your whole solution

Elizma wrote: I understand this must be done in AJAX
You can do this without using AJAX concepts also. Handle the particular event and rebind the grid after deletion.
If you need to do with AJAX, you can work with XmlHttpRequest and response objects which allows to send request to server pages in AJAX fashion.
Easy alternative for implementing AJAX in ASP.NET is to use ASP.NET AJAX extensions. Download the AJAX toolkit and work with the controls provided in it.
Elizma wrote: ask the user if he/she is sure they want to delete the row
Assuming you will use AJAX toolkit, there is a ModalPopup control available. Use that to get confirmation from user. The Grdiview has to be placed in an UpdatePanel control so that it will be updated without a page refresh.

You can cast the WebRequest.Create to a HttpWebRequest object and set the UserAgent property similar to a crawler sets. This[^] paper explains how a crawler is identified. Read this and follow the same format.
