You can set the value of a parameter field with code somewhat like this:
ParameterDiscreteValue paramValue = new ParameterDiscreteValue();
paramValue.Value = 1;
rptDoc.ParameterFields["vehicle_id"].CurrentValues.Add(paramValue);
jrahma wrote: unless there is a better way to do it
Don't know what you have as data in the dataset you use as a datasource, but couldn't the stored procedure return the parameter value it receives as part of the data it returns? This way you would always have the vehicle_id in the data.

Hi,
Does your array implements IList interface?
|
|

|

No it does not, but if implementing IList solved my problem then perhaps I will need to do this. How would I proceed if the IList interface is implemented?

It would greatly help if you tell what kind of error you have? Exception (what exception, where), something not working the way you want etc.

Not without you telling us what the error is, which line it occurs, what the results are and what the expected results are...

Bitmap bmp = new Bitmap(ofd.FileName);
Bitmap bmp_backColor = new Bitmap(bmp.Width, bmp.Height);
for (int x = 0; x < bmp.Width; x++)
{
for (int y = 0; y < bmp.Height; y++)
{
Color tmp_oldColor = bmp.GetPixel(x, y);
if (tmp_oldColor != Color.Transparent)
{
Color tmp_newColor = Color.FromArgb(tmp_oldColor.A, Color.Red);
bmp_backColor.SetPixel(x, y, tmp_newColor);
}
}
}
Graphics m_gr = Graphics.FromImage(bmp_backColor);
m_gr.DrawImage(bmp, 0, 0, bmp.Width, bmp.Height);
m_gr.Dispose();
pictureBox1.BackgroundImage = bmp_backColor;
I've written this code to set a red backcolor to any image's visible pixels(specially for half tranparent) but its very very slow, any way to boost the code

I haven't tried adding alpha and other filter in unsafe, I was just setting the pixel to gray in order to make the whole image as grayscale image. Yes one thing I am sure using unsafe in get and set pixel makes it very fast.

Use unsafe pointers as explained here[^].

You want to edit excel documents without office installed? I don't know if you can, but I am sure you will need the office XP PIA's[^] to do that, assuming it is possible...

Don't know what you mean by width, but if you're using Excel 2007, you can manipulate (and create) the workbooks without excel since the files are basically zipped xml files. For more info, have a look at: http://www.codeproject.com/KB/office/OpenXML.aspx[^].
If you're using older versions of excel, you will either need to install the excel or use SpreadsheetML. In that case, look: Dive into SpreadsheetML (Part 1 of 2)[^]

Hi,
this is probably an easy one too...
When I try to send an email notification, I get an error, saying the virtual machine is not properly configured to send emails....
I found a document saying I have to edit the web.config within the \program files -directory of the Foundation Server-..... which I did.
But the error is still the same
any suggestions how to get this going?
Thanks
Cheers

Hi,
I am new to Team Foundation Server.. so its probably an easy question.. anyway I am not able to find out whats wrong.
1. I installed Team Foundation Server successfully... sweet!
2. I then installed Team Explorer
3. I opened the Web-Portal and started to configure it...
what puzzles me is -- I got tasks within my Team Explorer and I got tasks within my Web-Portal. I would have thought if you enter a task, doesnt matter where, that you would find it on both ends, in the team explorer AND the web portal.
But the tasks I add to my team explorer are not visible from the web portal and vice versa.
Why is this? Am I doing something wrong?
Please help me
Cheers
Piratenwichtl
