FF3.06. Pasting a URL nothing happens. The link[^] button does nothing. THe link button tries to navigate to a different page.

FireFox 3.0.6 on Vista, and 3.0.5 on MacOS X, and everything works perfectly.
Do you have add-ins installed? Javascript disabled?

Everytime I try to change my display name, it shows a message "The name you supplied has already been registered. Please choose another, or try retrieving your password if that is your member name".

I am always getting "Other popular Applications & Tools articles" under any article, no matter to which category the article belongs. Is this only me?

Um.
"Poof" as in "Not there"?
Which page were you on?

Yes, not there. IT happened here, both lounges, and IIRC the C# forum. It fixed itself when i next visited about 30m later. I think I got the sidebar that goes iwth the post message/reply page although I'm not certain about that.
Edit: to clarify, it happened on every forum I visited at the time (only 2 or 3 total).

I used to see a different Left Nav bar when in a forum (listing all other forums). This has now gone kaput. I see the same Left Nav for homepage as Forums.

Hey Chris!
We're fast approaching the 6 million member mark. Gads, I recall when we reached 10,000...
How about a competition to guess what date and time we'll cross the mark? Maybe award the winner with a breeding pair of hamsters and one cage...

When I see the article version to one article, it always shows the CreationDate stamp on every version, not the date on which the article is modified.
Just in my article here, I see all my versions to the article in same date.
Is it a bug???

This is due to the way we are underreporting multiple updates in order to avoid homepage spam.
We're reworking it this week.

The guidelines for the Lounge have always been vague, but maybe it's time you clarified them?
Also, the difference between the regular Lounge and the one after dark? And while you're at it, can you please change the name?

Problem is, what are the chances people dig up that post before posting?
I think it's much better to have them nailed to the top of the first page, but that's just me.
