You are an absolutely ignorant moron. Contact your client or your boss, tell them you are a liar and a thief for claiming to know how to program, then find a new job.
I told you the answer to this days ago. It appears you were incapable of googling my answer, or replying to ask me for more help. What's the point in asking again if you're too dumb to understand the answer ?

in my website i have to folders. in that two folders i put two web.config files for each one.
And in root folder i put another web.config file in that i write below code
<forms name="auth" loginurl="./pages/Userlogin.aspx" defaulturl="./pages/UserVotings.aspx">
Now i want to user this authentcation in above two folder but. here.
for folder1 i have different login url and defaulturl.
and for folder2 i have different login url and default url.
how to apply root web.config to those to folders web.config

You mean you have 2 web config to two subfolders of your virtual directory, and you want to remove them and want to use a single web.config to handle both of them from root.
I think you can have 2 different appsettings key to handle this, so that if the url contains the foldername apply one otherwise some other...
You need to do the checking programatically.

Buy an ASP.NET book and read it. Make sure you read the chapter on the session object.

I store the user name in a session variable. My question is how to display it in the Master page when Login button is clicked?

Hi,
Inorder to display the login name of the user:
1.First, add a master page and include all the child pages for it.
2.Put the control u wish to display in every page outside content page(if u put the control in it, u cud c tat only in the master page)
3. Aftr a user logs in , the username shud b got into a Session variable (eg: Session["uname"]= username ) and this session var.'s value is assigned to the control(eg:label)
Bingo ! there goes the question.
Good Luck!!

to display user name in master page. just put one lable in master page and in master page Page_load event.
just assign the session to lable
ex: lblusername.text=Session["username"];
|
|
|
|
|
I did it as u told Like user.text = Session["pho"].ToString();
But during runtime it assign the master page variable first and give a error called
Use the new keyword to create an object instance. can u correct it?

Actually in Vb.net this is the solution for that, but i don't know in c# .net
If Not Page.IsPostBack Then
If Not Session("username") Is Nothing Then
lituser.Text = Session("username")
End if
End if

I am again suggesting you please buy a Basic ASP.Net Book Or Please read some Article on Session.

Session["pho"] is equal to null. You may not have set it. Just put a null check in there:
if(Session["pho"] != null)
{
user.Text = Session["pho"].ToString();
}
Either way, this shows a lack of knowledge. Try to read as much as you can on ASP.Net. Look into coding Windows applications first; that will set the ground work for a basic grasp of C#, and the basic rules of the .Net Framework

I have doubt about the partial classes.Can we create gridview events in another partial class.

yes you can.
Partial classes gets all classes into a single unit.

Here is two partial class having name Student.
Partial Class 1 :
public partial class Student
{
public void Addrecords()
{
}
}
Partial Class 2:
public partial class Student
{
public void Exam()
{
}
}
When they compiled, they will combined into a single class. You can access them as a single.
