int result = int.Parse(TextBox1.Text) * int.Parse(TextBox2.Text);
TextBox3.Text = result.ToString();

There is nothing wrong with this code. Problem seems with your execution ? Where are you executing these ? Any thing here is runtime created ?

I want to assign a integer value to a textbox during runtime.

int result = int.Parse(TextBox1.Text) * int.Parse(TextBox2.Text);
TextBox3.Text = result.ToString();

It may also be worth while looking at TryParse to make sure the text boxes contain valid numbers.

Do you reset control values before assign value to TextBox?
Txttotalprice.Text =Convert.ToString(Convert.ToInt32(Txtproductprice.Text) *Convert.ToInt32(Txtproductquantity.Text));

What have you tried so far? A simple Google search would have gave you a nice idea.
void mygridview_RowCommand(Object sender, GridViewCommandEventArgs e)
{
int index = Convert.ToInt32(e.CommandArgument);
GridViewRow row = ContactsGridView.Rows[index];
}

I have to develop an application, which can able to connect to a GPS device which is connected to serial port in our system and also able to read all the data from the device.
Currently I am able to make connection to my system's serial port but not able to connect to that GPS device and also not able to read the data from the device.
So in brief problem is that, "how we read the device which is connected to our system's serial port."
Please help me out to solve this problem.

Are you trying to build a web application that connects to the serial port of the clients PC? You won't be able to do that with ASP.net.
