Hi,
I am developing a webapplication in Visual Studio-2008(AsP.net/C#). I am trying to integrate my webapplication with webservice.The webservice is such that it will put all my request in asynchronous mode.
My webapplication, I am sending a mail with Cc and Bcc fields, for the body of my mail I am using a rich textbox from richer components.
Rich text box is used to send the data in formatted text.
I am using the code below:
Service webServ = new Service();
// Make an Asynchronous Call by calling the start method.
webServ.BeginSendMailAll(dsRec, strSubj, RichTextBox1.Text , new AsyncCallback(WsCallback), webServ);
while using the webservice how to implement: The Bcc and Cc in the code above.
Also the body of the mail goes(to the recepient) in html format, instead of the fromatted text I am sending.
please help me out
thanks

Sounds like you need to make changes to the actual webservice code to make it do what you want it to.

Is this a question ? If 'reportviewer can't run on the internet', then you need to find some other way of doing whatever it is you want to do, surely ?

Hi everybody,
I have a pllication developed for ie(fully compatible with ie6) i want it to run in ie8 as well.so i added to emulate IE7 in the meta of my master page as follows
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EmulateIE7" />
Every thing seems ok
i have many drop downs in the page.i am using a css to set the dropdown properties font-size:11px;
but when i scroll down the page and scroll back up again the text displayed in the drop down is streched vertically.When i point my mouse near the drop down control it comes back to the original size.
I have tried all the css properties but no result;
Can anyone suggest how i can solve this

You won't find any, because the question is illogical. ASP.NET apps are all mobile by definition, they run in the browser. They also run off a server, so you won't write something to run on a mobile device in ASP.NET.
Or do you mean detecting the browser type and working out if it's a mobile device ? You don't need a tutorial, you just examine the browser type and redirect to a subsite that draws itself to fit, or write every page to change it's format accordingly.

print the value in alert and check whether it is called and its value.

I suspect your issue is that you use the server side id of the control. You need to use the ClientID property of the control to work out the id you need to pass to the client to search for the control. You can also use Firebug in Firefox to step through your js and see what is happening.

When i give in alert, the value is displayed in alert box, but it is empty in code behind.

Well, your code sucks because it called getElementById and does not check that something was returned. Have you tried what I suggested ? Are you SURE you're using the right client side id ?

So there is your issue.
Again, you need to pass the client id through in your script. Just like I told you in my first reply

function SetValue() {
var width = screen.width;
var height = screen.height;
document.getElementById('<%= hdnVal.ClientID %>').value = width+'*'+height;
}
use this function to set value in hiddenfield through javascript.
