Because people here get stupider by the day, some people, me included, like to give people the key words needed on the basis that anyone who is half a programmer, or even just half a functional human being, should be able to work it out from there by referring to textbooks or google.

Do you think this is some sort of alien invasion? Or has some country just held a lot of graduation ceremonies?

Bloody hell. English may not be your first language, but surely you know that u, gud, wr, and shud are NOT words. Text speak just makes you look like a retard,.
The only way to write a website that can access barcodes, is to write an active X control to embed in the page. ASP.NET absolutely cannot do it. If you knew anything about what ASP.NET is, you would know that.
Why would you write a website for this, surely if you have to provide people with a barcode reader, you could provide them with a winforms app ?

You need nothing
The barcode can be stored as a simple string
The way to enter the barcode from the item is simply by setting focu to the textbox in the form while the item moves front to the barcode scanner connected ot the machine
foreach(Minute m in MyLife)
myExperience++;

You need to rephrase the question. It is tough to understand it.

I think what you're trying to say ( and saying so badly ) is that if you use document.write, it doesn't create a control. I suspect this is because your text is HTML encoded. Either way, I suspect what you're doing, is a bad idea.

Create a hidden field in your page and use that to access the values in the code behind.

Hello all
I have a web site that includes ftpupload control.
Now this is my question: when others send files and pictures for me, How can I access them?
Do they goes to my internet host and I should Download them??? or they go to my hard drive directly and I shouldn't download them???
IS THERE ANYONE TO LINK ME TO A COMPLETE ARTICLE???
THANKS HIM...

Well, the answer is pretty obvious. Either you host your site locally, or your uploads end up on your server, and you have to download them from there.

Do you mean how to access the FTP site? Just download the files using FTP and then see it.
If the server which has FTP site is your own computer, then you can see it inside your FTP site directory.

OHHH!
Files that will send for me may be more than 600mb. with dial-up connection HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD ALL OF THEM
|
|
|
|
|
But without downloading how could you get the files?
You can list the files using FTP list command but that will also list files that are corrupted during uploading.

Hello,
I think this is my first post here. But I've already used a lot of your codes here! Thanks a lot for them!
Now it's my turn to ask a question
Is it possible to get the serial number of the motherboard via ASP.NET? This would me interesting to send the license key of my software automatically.
If this is possible, can someone give me an exaple?
Thanks a lot!
Madmatt.

This information was very helpfull. But, if you have time to make it, can you make a class to do this?
