While I like to than you for giving me back the "Select Role" combo box, I'd like to inform you that it does nothing.
When I select the role as "C++ developer", I'd like to see it add tags C, C++ (in the ajax-magix-ghost-rectangle-box) and fill in the "Tags" textbox with those tags, comma separated.

That's exactly what it does for me. Do you have javascript enabled?

It is working great here at home, but not at my office PC. Both have JavaScript enabled and both are running FF. If a Ctrl+F5 will solve it, I'll try it tomorrow at office. Is there something that I should try?

Refreshing never hurts, but shouldn't really be necessary. If it continues to not work then check whether javascript is working in general, and then if that doesn't help send me a source dump of the page you're viewing and I can debug from there.

Please take a look at this[^] message. The formatting is not getting correct and some special characters are displayed.

The lang=C++ needs to be lang="C++" .
I'll make a note to see if we can get that fixed automatically.

THE TITLE OF THIS POST IS IN TITLE CASE AND I AM CURRENTLY TYPING THIS POST IN ALL CAPS. WHEN AN EXPLETIVE IS POSTED, IT GETS MASKED, WHICH IS FINE. HOWEVER, THE CASE OF THE VISIBLE LETTERS CHANGES. SOME EXAMPLES:
SH*T
PISS
F***
C***
C**K SUCKER
MOTHER F***ER
TITS
FYI, THOSE WORDS ARE ALL FROM GEORGE CARLIN'S SEVEN WORDS YOU CAN'T SAY ON TV, SO SOME OF THEM AREN'T CONSIDERED MASK-WORTHY HERE AT CODEPROJECT.

Just seems like a masking operation shouldn't change the case of the revealed characters, unless there is some meaning in the casing that lowercasing is masking. Here is an example of where changing case would seem acceptable:
abcFdeUfgChiKjkl
Seems like "masking" that as the following would not be a bad idea:
abcfdeufgchikjkl
But lowercasing normal curse words seems unnecessary.

If there is an issue with the masking of inappropriate words on the site then can I suggest a solution?
Don't use them.

Haha, fair enough. But I report bugs like this for you, not for me. When something seems less than professional, I notify you in case you feel like spiffing things up a bit. Aside from taking up your time, seems like it can only help.

I didn't mean to come across as not being thankful - I do very much appreciate you letting me know all the big and the small things. Guys like yourself help me stay on top of things.
This one, however, I'll tuck at the back of the TODO list

I reported over 400 bugs and suggestions while working for one of my first employers doing QA. I know all too well about priorities (I'm sure 350 of those "bugs" never got fixed). Thanks for the clarification

Finally, a clue as to the nature of the data structure of Chris M's todo list. Many people thought it was a stack, some said it was a doubly linked list. I alone insisted it was a queue, and now I have evidence for it.

I even thought of using an IQueryable but that new fangled LINQ stuff gets me quesy.

When going here[^]
I only see a total of 6 messages (including the 'how to answer / ask a question')
I can go to the next page where I see a full page then but it doesn't seem to link up.

We saw this a couple of weeks ago. If you click on the last message so it opens up, and then scroll down, you can see the other messages. But if you click on any of them it just goes back to the overview page.

Don't give me that "use the remove message" lame suggestion. I cannot use that link to ban an idiot. Now someone asked a generic networking question, and "demands" an answer. A regular points out that he shouldn't ask a n/w query in C++ board, he basically asks the regular to f*** off. Now, I want the staff to f*** him off this board.
