And you think the best way to achieve this qualification is to get other people to do your work.

Well, I'm sure there's some moron here who will post the solution for him. Just wait a couple of minutes.

Had me worried for a second there - read the first line and thought 'Oh crap, stepped on the wrong toes...'

Well then, it sounds like you'd better get out quick. You seem to be in the wrong place.

Some references:

and for LunaticFringe there is no problem in showing people that if they google they can find what they want or as Nagy kick of code (basic or java)

Cant argue on that one, but to be honest I actually benefit when people ask questions of all sorts because I keep a reference table in a database which contain a topic and a link to it so if one day I get assigned to code lets say "x" I first check my table then if I cant find it I go to google.

That's cool, but why share it with these clowns? I mean a legitimate question is one thing, but helping incompetent bozos who are trying to pay their way to a grade is definitely NOT the right thing to be doing.

I totally understand what you say, they will face a lot of problems in the final year project and in real life so I treat them as if they where children who are trying to learn how to walk here you have to ways: you either catch them when they fall or let them fall I actually follow both for the initial stage I will catch them i.e. give them some reference(s) if they manage after that then all is well else if they are persistent I let them fall, once they fall they will think back and say you know what how about if I try and thats the key changing factor the TRY.
For legitimate questions I have two policies if that question makes want to code it I will else I will either reference or post snippet.

I am not always on the attack, only against retard numpty heads.
If you are happy to help answer the silly questions that is fine, but I would advise against answering any 'snd da codz' questions. The problem is every time one of us anwers the stoopids, there will be another two along. The converse is that a quick reminder that they should goggle/bing/foad makes them think twice and so reduces the detritus clogging up the forums.
So play nice, be helpful and remember to enjoy yourself; but try not to encourage the bottom feeding trolls.

I've started you off, now all you need is to fill in the blanks:
package NeedsCode;
public class Main {
public static void main(String[] args) {
throw new UnsupportedOperationException(
"The program code needs to be implemented.");
}
}

Write a program Cipher.java that encrypts plain text from a file, using a transposition cipher. The cipher works by 'transposing' the characters of the text, making it difficult to read without knowing the characters' original positions. Conceptually, the text is first arranged into rows, then the columns are rearranged, and each column's contents are output to produce the encrypted message (cipher-text). If there are not enough characters to fill the final row, the remainder should be 'padded' with a space followed by enough random characters to fill the row (this is to ensure that each column is the same length, so decryption would work correctly.)
Your program should read the text from a file (e.g. “plain.txt”), encrypt it, and display the cipher-text. The file will contain some number of lines, each consisting of only lower-case letters (a-z) and spaces (i.e. no upper-case letters and no punctuation.) After encryption, the cipher-text should be displayed on the screen using upper-case letters. The columns should be rearranged in the order: 4,7,3,1,5,2,6.

can anyone tell how to write the code for registry monioring in java or c,c++.
can any one tell how to write d code for registry and so dat it can make the following changes
it should be writen in native class written in C or C++ that uses the Windows registry fiddling API calls. InstallShield for Java has facilities to fiddle the registry. That would be a way to kludge it.
Look at these entries in the registry:
My computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JavaSoft\Java Plug-In
My computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\JavaSoft\Java Development Kit
My computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\JavaSoft\Java Runtime Environment
My computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\JavaSoft\Java Plug-In
