Hi all, I'm currently using Windows Mobile 6 and I would like to ask some approaches on how to export content from the database either to text or xml. And the database version I'm using is the Microsoft SQL Server Compact Edition 3.5. Any help would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks in advance

This is my code in the login click button as Sir suggested:
<pre>
private void btnLogin_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
AppDatabase1DataSet ds = new AppDatabase1DataSet ();
AppDatabase1DataSet .LoginDataTable dt = new AppDatabase1DataSet.LoginDataTable ();
AppDatabase1DataSet.LoginDataTable();
this.loginTableAdapter1 .Fill (dt) ;
foreach (DataRow dr in dt .Rows )
{
if(dr[0].ToString()==txtuname .Text && dr[1].ToString()== txtpassword.Text )
{
txtpassword.Text = "";
txtpassword.Text = dr[0].ToString();
MessageBox.Show("Login Succeeded");
</pre>
I've defined everythings accordingly but this error pops up on the LoginDataTable() line:
Error 1 'csharp_phonebk.AppDatabase1DataSet.LoginDataTable' is a 'type', which is not valid in the given context
I don't know why...Please answer me asap.

Hey Guys,
I'm wondering if anyone had run across a fairly good app generator that will take IL and generate applications for various devices such as IPhone, Droid, Windows Mobile, ect. I've come across a few others such as Rho Mobile, but was curious if someone had found a .NET based platform.
Thanks!

I have misgivings about boost:regex on Windows Mobile, have you seen PCRE ? - its pure c I think, which would be an easier bet to compile - with a class wrapper you'd be set ...

Hi,
It possible to read/write Word/Excel/Pdf files. I dont know whether there is any libraries available to read and write Word/Excel/files using J2ME.
If you are familiar with the file structures of Word/Excel/PDF, you can create your own for J2ME.

Hello,
I am trying to implement AutoCompletion / Inline Text Editing features using J2ME Polish for one of our Applications. I appreciate if I could get some hints / pointers
to enable the same.
My development platform is JRE 1.6 with NetBeans 6.8, utilising J2ME-Polish-2.1.2 ver.
Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you,

Friends,
I am working on WindowsCE 6.0 and .Net 2005 for some handled device application. Using this device user can view his images on his device.
For battery indication, I have also implement logic for battery indication and it will ok if image presentation is not on but when image presentation is on for selected image file and if same time battery is low then i want to show some kind of battery indication on front of image presentation so that user can get an idea....
Please suggest me some idea's
Thanks in advance

May be you can use a PNG image (supports transparancy) and draw it on the currently displayed image to indicate the battery status.

In the code below, DoGet is working very stable. But DoPost throws an uncatcheable InvalidOperationException randomly. I am lost. Any pointers will be of immense help.
<br />
<br />
<br />
<br />
public static string DoPost(string url)<br />
{<br />
string responseString = string.Empty;<br />
ASCIIEncoding encoding = new ASCIIEncoding();<br />
HttpWebResponse response;<br />
byte[] data = encoding.GetBytes("dummy");<br />
StreamReader reader;<br />
HttpWebRequest request = (HttpWebRequest)HttpWebRequest.Create(url);<br />
<br />
SetRequestProperties(request, "POST");
request.GetRequestStream().Write(data, 0, data.Length);<br />
request.GetRequestStream().Close();<br />
response = (HttpWebResponse)request.GetResponse();<br />
reader = new StreamReader(response.GetResponseStream());<br />
responseString = reader.ReadToEnd();<br />
<br />
response.Close();<br />
response.GetResponseStream().Close();<br />
response.GetResponseStream().Dispose();<br />
reader.Close();<br />
reader.Dispose();<br />
reader = null;<br />
response = null;<br />
request = null;<br />
encoding = null;<br />
<br />
MessageBox.Show("POST SUCCESS");<br />
return responseString;<br />

ASCIIEncoding encoding = new ASCIIEncoding();<br />
HttpWebResponse response;<br />
byte[] data = encoding.GetBytes("dummy");<br />

Not sure if IE allows that level of customization. You may have to modify the stylesheet.

Sorry, maybe my question was not clear.
I want to customize control System.Windows.Forms.WebBrowser - embedded webbrowser which I put on the form in my application, not PIE.
Also it must work with any URL so I cannot use style because I cannot modify content which I want display. So it must be done in code but I didn't any property of webbrowser which allow to change scrollbar color. Manual painting - looks hard
BTW style=scrollbar-face-color:red doesn't work in mentioned control.
