It would be nice if we could track the questions we deleted so we could undelete them in situations like this (especially if we didn't have the link and we didn't make a reply).

I only read code that is properly formatted, adding PRE tags is the easiest way to obtain that. All Toronto weekends should be extremely wet until we get it automated in regular forums, not just QA.

Click[^] which should show Snow, Snow, Snow tread but it doesn't show until the Balboos reply to Advantages of a Face Veil is clicked. The formatting is all messed up for the reply and below in both IE6 & Firefox 3.5.7 Steve

I think the post length count that warns if a post is considered long needs to be increased for tips/tricks as it would be expected for them to be longer than a normal forum post.

Is there anything you can do to prevent everything from being marked read if I click a forum link twice before the first request is handled? I assume what's happening is I create two sessions. One from: last visit = 2:50PM; last Update 3:56:00; and the second: last visit = 3:56:00PM; last Update 3:56:01. I then get the latter session and all the messages that should have been shown as new vanish into the aether. 3x12=36

When I use Mozilla FireFox I constantly get errors. Like "Problem loading page/Server not found"
or even connection time outs.
This happened only in the last couple of weeks.
With IE it's all good.
Maybe there are some temporary problems that I only catch while using FF because it is my default browser.
I switch to IE when I have a problem with FF.
[EDIT]It is definitely a bug. If I'm in the C# forum for example if I click on the C# link(to refresh)
it gets stuck, but if I'm quick enough and click on a diferent link than it's all good.
It only happens with FF[/EDIT]modified on Friday, February 12, 2010 3:53 PM

suggestion: the rep FAQ explains how one gets points in great detail, but does not really tell much about how the different reps are used throughout the site.
featherweight bug: the rep graph legend isn't sorted alphabetically anymore, whereas the table at the bottom of the FAQ is.

Aside from the beta test I've been almost entirely inactive on the programming forums and quick answers; but I'm still accumulating rep under authority and don't know where it's coming from. 3x12=36

The voting rate on 3+ year old forum posts should be asymptotically approaching zero though after a few days because they get so deeply buried. 3x12=36

I'm not seeing any add banners anymore.
Not even the one under the home link.
