No need to say thanks. We were making some fun at best.

What is a Discussion Board? A forum. Hmmm....

You've been a member for 4 and a half years and you don't know what a forum is?

Instead of replying the question, questions are being posed...!!

Yeah, because the question is about something so basic, it shows a complete lack of understanding of the Internet, discussions in general, and the Sunday morning political scene. The question could also have been very easily answered had you just opened a dictionary.

I was just testing codeproject forums .. Got It? And if you have no logical answer to this question then better stay away !!

Just testing the forums?? Yeah, they've worked for over 10 years now. You're a little late to do any real testing.
Oh, and if you where really testing the forums, you should have posted something to the effect in your message. Then it just would have been deleted without incident.

I was not testing codeproject man !!! I was checking the flow to develop it my self. Just stay away... Do your work ... Seems you are totally a wreck.

Very good it seems.

"Forums" would be the plural of "Forum"; "Forum" is my favorite part of "Penthouse".

I am trying to build a Http Proxy Server
It has this line of code
IPHostEntry entry = Dns.Resolve(Host);
This causes exception
[System.Net.Sockets.SocketException] = {"The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found"}
But when I run the same line of code in a stand alone application, it works fine
IPHostEntry entry = Dns.Resolve("www.google.com");
Console.WriteLine(entry.AddressList[0].ToString());
What is wrong here ?

Where is the first line running?
Did you try debugging and checking what is the name of the host?
is it http://www.google.com or www.google.com?
is there a security permission required to access internet?
