If you continue to repost this same question you will continue to get the same answer.
E don't see what's on your screen, we don't know what's in your mind, we don't know what your data are.
Hence we cannot answer you.

Let me give you an analysis on your question, tust to let you figure out why we're messed up.

OK. That's a well defined concept ...

jt_snjy07 wrote:
in which data is populated ...

HIC... Dialog don't host data. They host controls. Some control may host data ... or better "representation of data". The subject of the post is ctrllist ... may be he's using MFC CListCtrl ?? Or just working on WIN32 raw API with a LISTCONTROL ? Or just using a CListBox, or working directly on a LISTBOX ? What the environment he is in?

Uhmm some types of symbols ... How is this relevant ?!?

jt_snjy07 wrote:
...and in this data the two columns are having null values

Columns? So you have colums! What do they represent?
What are the data? Strings? Pointer to some structures?
What is a "null value" respect to the data you're talking about?

jt_snjy07 wrote:
If two columns are having null value than that row which contains this null valued columns will not be display

In general terms, if the control does not contain your original data but just representation ... don't insert null values.
If they are already inserted, iterate the items, check the null condition ad remove them. The documentation of the control you are using should describe a function to add or remove an item.
It the words in italic are meaningless to you ... your problem is not the ctrllist, but programming in general.

Uhmm ... how is this relavant to the question?
