Do a F5 once you entered a comment and you will be able to edit/delete it.
Currently, immediately after putting the comment, one cannot edit or delete it. You need to refresh/revisit the page in order to see the icons again.
We reported the same last week and probably is in known issues to be resolved (To-DO list!).

Chris Maunder wrote: We removed the ability to modify others' comments
I forgot to ask this... is this really in production? I mean, I am still able to do it, if needed. Might be rep thing associated.
Further, based on the Rep points FAQ, it looks like there would be scope of comment editing coming up...

Sandeep, it looks like a rep based thing. After the functionality was previously removed, i lost the ability to edit comments, since going Platinum on Authority a couple of days ago, I can edit again.

There's no "Report" link. If we're going to have to approved tips/tricks, we should be able to report them as well.

There is a report link. The Red Flag at the bottom of the submission.
They just go to CP staff, but reporting here, others like Pete can delete them.
I have a delete Action (the red cross) shown, but it doesn't work, and was reported as a bug in a post here yesterday or the day before.

The link to the tip/trick below, it is a rip off from an original SAP KB Article, and is basically a straight copy and paste, and is probably subject to copyright restrictions.

The OP clearly has no originality or made an effort to come up with his own work. I did some searching on the net and found the original source and provided a link to it in a message on the Tip/Trick.
Cheers,
Dave

I weed out the undesirables where I can. Now, all I need is spam attack capabilities and it will be game over for them.

According to the summary pages some Tips&Tricks (as well as their alternates) have been bookmarked in the past. How can they get bookmarked nowadays?
[EDIT] A standard set of icons is now available [/EDIT]

Last week, I asked about 'How to bookmark an answer in Q&A?'
Chris replied, currently one cannot and this was added to the TO-DO list.
Following above, I guess, TT alternatives bookmarking must also be in TO-DO. (Exact similar UI workflow as Q&A)
About a direct TT (not an alternative), Tools Panel on right hand side provide bookmarking link.

A couple of things. First of all, it's not a good idea to post your email address in a posting in a popular site like this. Secondly, if you follow your account details to here[^], you'll see that you have 1 question linked to from your account.
