When I click on "improve question" in Q&A, I only get empty fields in the editor, like I asked a new question.

There's currently something wrong with Q&A editing. See few posts below.

The link to My Uploads is missing from member's menu at top right.
[Update: It came back just as I was about to post this message. When I click on it, I get "You do not have permission to view this page."

I wanted to ask about it from sometime now. Based on certain high rep people share, it looks like CP gives an upload option to few members. Can someone share what is the rep-requirement for the same? just a Platinum-Author?
[Sorry, if it's a little off-topic. Just looked like to add on here for now.]
BTW, the issue you get, sounds like similar one that we are facing in Q&A. Permission things. Thead below[^].

Hope it isn't due to financial cutbacks!

I am trying to delete a question but I am unable to. When I click it, I get "Insufficient permission to delete." in red.
I was able to till yesterday and I believe have the needed rep points too. Not just it, I get this flashed in the right pane "Your status enables you to edit or delete this question. Alternatively, if the question is incomplete or simply isn't a question, then please report it."
Anything I am missing? BTW, I did Cnrl+F5 few times.
UPDATE:
I get the same error, while deleting an answer too.

I think this is all related to the other Q&A problems: I am getting it trying to delete a Q&A answer as well.

Yep. I updated by thread with that info sometime back.
Just wanted to add this to the list to make sure it too works when things are back to normal.

First of all, you scared me with that red flag on my head!!! I am a good guy...
And why would I report myself as spam? (trust me I am not that crazy), please remove it from my own profile page.
Also for others I will suggest to move it somewhere in the bottom... Thanks

Shouldn't it be with bookmarks, blogs etc icon at the bottom of the right side below other details?

if you click it, you earn yourself 5 more Org points.
BTW: IMO it needs a confirmation/cancel dialog before it gets effective.
