Yes, because there were comments about confusion about numbers changing when answers changed order so I removed them.
It now looks dumb and I'm adding them back. The correct solution to avoid confusion is to label them as they were submitted which will be added to the TODO list.

I thought all posts would be wiped out when the blog went public so it could "start fresh". Is this no longer true?

When you view existing solutions to questions, the current vote is no longer shown - it always looks like tehre have been no votes.
If you add a vote, then the cumulative value appears, as does the total number of votes.

Yeah, I noticed that after I posted it...
I checked the "known bugs list first, in my defence!

When I have some votes on my Answer, I see "no votes" on the Question page. They just disappeared (recently).
(I tested using IE8 and SeaMonkey 2.0.13 (the latest).)
More exactly, all Answer show the current votes as "no voted" on the Question page. It is shown only when I voted. After reloading of this page it shows "no votes" on all Answers, but the vote of Question is shown.
The vote of my Answer is not really a special case; as a vote to myself is impossible, it is never shown. This is not my mistakes: I can see that there are some votes, because I can see it from the list of Answers: I can see the voted Answers by stars .
I also lost the privileges to edit or remove the post of someone else. I need to use it often, especially for moving non-answers to comments or questions.
Can it be related with the accident: I accidentally clicked at "Report at Spam/Abusive" at my own profile page (!).
Can it be fixed?
This click icon is pretty unsafe because there is no such thing as "unreport". Reporting on members is a general issue which would need some discussion.
Thank you very much for your help,

The first is a bug. For the second, try logging out and then back in (or just open up a new window i you auto-login)

Thank you, Chris.
I'll check it; and hope for the fix of the bug, which looks like a regression one.

I can't replicate the "no votes" issue. I'm seeing votes on pages when I'm logged in and logged out, and seeing them on the first view of the page, not just after posting a vote.

I face the same issue. I don't find any votes that too when 4 people say My vote of 5. I really doubt if all the 4 reverted back!

I confirm I cannot see votes when I load/reload page (re-voting makes it visible).
This is logical, not a matter of visibility or other rendering attributes or styles, because of explicit text "no votes".
(Nevertheless, tested just in case on both IE8 and SeaMonkey.)
Additional detail on the problem: when votes are shown (the only way to see them is re-voting) I cannot see text in the balloon control with distribution of voted by their values — empty balloon is shown.

I can also confirm this prob/bug. The vote is visible until I reload page.
After reload I can vote one same answer again.
Think! It ain't illegal, yet.

I'm having this issue to using Opera 11
What I've tried
Logging out and back in
Clearing Internet Cache.
But it doesn't show up in the QA, but I can see a log of the up vote in the recent reputation points.
[Update]
When I upvote an answer in Q/A it shows, but when reloading the page it disappears.

Same problem here:
Neither FF 3.6.16 nor IE 8.0.7600 shows the votes.

Chris, thank you very much for fixing things.
Let me report on current status of the problem I reported under this thread.
Most of the problems are gone.
The posting of the Solution to Questions (more generally, HTML-formatted text with preview) under high load has been greatly stabilized. Now, if Preview is not preventing the post.
All UI elements used for posts appears correctly.
Two remaining problems:
1) During the attempt to post in the case of high load, false-positive error message may appear. It reports in red color on the page, that 3 attempts to post of a comment, answer or update has failed. In almost all cases, this is a false positive: if I reload the page it looks like the post was accepted by the server properly; the update is in place and correctly rendered.
In few cases it caused double posts, so this presents some minor practical problem.
2) Each solution and answer present the averaged votes for the item. Hovering the mouse over this item shown a balloon control with extra information -- distribution of votes in the forms of column "histogram". Presently if shows empty balloon -- often but not always. Probably depends on the server load, I don't know.
This is tested with SeaMonkey v.2.0.13 (the latest at the moment of writing).
Again, both problems are not reproduced at all times.
Thank you.

A very subtle but insidious bug was found (thanks for the reports) that meant your reputation, internally, was not being remembered and so you were being locked out of things such as your uploads, editing and reporting. This has been found, fixed and the fix deployed.

Thank you for this information, even though it is not quite clear. Is the problem I've just reported somehow related to this?
