Have you tried
CREATE TABLE #tmp(Value varchar(20), Desired_Row_Header varchar(20), Desired_Column_Header varchar(20))
INSERT INTO #tmp
exec scsp_My_Query
Now do your pivot on #tmp

No, I hadn't tried doing that. It sounds like a good idea and I will try it out.
I have gotten some pivots to work with arbitrary # of columns, but I've had to use dynamic sql.

Yea if the columns before execution time are not known then you will need to resort to dynamic SQL.

Beware if you are creating executables on a Win7.1 system that use the ADODB libraries. Your executable will not work on other systems. (except for other Win7 SP1) http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2517589

Hi,
I am creating a Schema Bound View on Database 'B', which contains select statement from Database 'A'. I searched and i found that i schema bound view must refer same database objects only.
My original aim was to create Index on view, to boost performance. Is there any other way to boost performance or create index on views? View is center of access and is already being in use in most projects, so i have to do everything with this view only.
Note: I only have select access to Database 'A' and no DDL operations.
Thanks.

1) Try to use Unicode instead of a special Windows code page.
2) Indian fonts are not very common, I wouldn't expect to find any Indian fonts except perhaps Devanagari on a "normal" computer. You have to install the fonts. In Ubuntu (I guess you mean Ubuntu when you say Ubantu), some South Indian localizations are available for the system, I don't know for Kannada. Just install some of these localizations, and the respective fonts will also be installed. Then test with Firefox and a web page in that language.
Oh, let's try:

Assuming you are using Visual Studio ... you would add a Crystal Report to your project.
Do a search on Crystal Reports here in CodeProject and you will find all kinds of articles on how to use it.

Yes it is. And since it's native for Sql Server, I'd say you have lot's of opportunities when you play with it

I trust the Emergency Room is strictly staff only, the Evaluation Report is a work in progress, the Equipment Required is simply more, and the Entity Relationships are a business secret.

You forgot Encryption Rights. Although they are tough to decrypt.
