You can add new tags when you post new questions. Just tag it whatever you want.

I was re-tagging someone else's question, they had it tagged as MFC, which was not correct, it was a WinAPI question (and C++).

While attempting to reasonably answer a post from one of He Who Shall Not Be Nameds many shill accounts[^], I tried to get to my Songbird article - only it's no longer there. What's happened?

I had cleaned the cache but realized that freaking IE9 has an option "Preserve Favorites website data".
Once I unchecked that, the article was visible. Sorry about wasting your time.
