Next thing you know, someone will ask for us to write articles about some obscure database system...

Is there a good way to render latex in the browser without requiring viewers to install a plugin?

I noticed in the IE status bar that there are syntax errors on tip/trick pages. When I use IE to "copy error details", I get this (includes URL and browser info):
Webpage error details
User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/4.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; InfoPath.2; MS-RTC LM 8; .NET4.0C; .NET4.0E)
Timestamp: Thu, 19 May 2011 02:30:10 UTC
Message: Syntax error

How about a fan following feature in every profile? Others can follow a guy in one of the forums. For instance, I become a fan of Luc in C# forum. Now, my profile shows everything about me plus Luc's latest C# posts. In Luc's profile, it says I am his fan. Following someone can be made optionally anonymous too.

you're just being jealous.
And I have gotten a fan.
PS: how many points do I get? Suggestion: 1 Org point each day per fan.

Luc, you're my hero. Can I follow you around like a stray puppy dog?

That's called stalking, and leaves the door open for univoters.

I'm a fan of no one, not even myself. Why would I want to follow someone I don't even know?

Has that correction to do something with me too? I guess I lost few points now.

I see a total rep of 7,312. However, I'm not sure why Sameers' rep just shot up... those articles have been up there for nearly 10 years.
