Let me be little non-partial and try to anwser to this. I am not saying the quality of the C++ article is not good. But why i personally felt the "WPF Print Engine" or the "Sql Lite" article more better because they both address solution to a more practical problem, that is faced by many developers. Where as the "soduku solver" addresses something of a more leisure.

Noting these above points, please understand that nobody is partial to any technology of any sort. Its just that people are voting based on what they feel is more practically helpful.

To be honest i myself am a C++ fan. So i hope you take my comments to be neutral.
