And I also agree with what Dave said, these cases are unusual patterns and doesn't bother much.

Am also very surprised after seeing this CP Staff[^] profile, how she got rep. points without posting anything..

I am not surprised. Without people like Deeksha, articles would not get edited. I'd say that was quite a contribution. What value have you added to CP?

Quote: Without people like Deeksha, articles would not get edited.
Agree!!, even my Tip also edited by Deeksha only.
Quote: What value have you added to CP?
My doubt is how she gets 1460 under Author, where articles are 0.???

It might have something to do with her staff status while editing articles. In any case, 1400 points certainly isn't enough to be concerned about because even without those points, her rep score still supported by her editing activities.
EDIT ===================
Why was this voted down? I just don't understand.

I created a tag this morning "StoredProcedures" and it has been longer than 1 hour and it has not updated in the Tag's list. I have noticed this in the past, as well.
[edit] I see it now but it still shows no items associated to the tag in the master tag list.
Just along for the ride.

Currently the author (or the editor) can tag an article or tip/trick. Would it make sense if the readers would also have the opportunity to add (separate) 'reader' tags.
Obviously these tags wouldn't describe the article from the content point of view but from the readers point of view. For example tags could include things like level of the information, usefulness on different areas etc.
As the current tags, these wouldn't be predefined, but would have a life of their own.
I'd feel that this would be kind of an addition to the voting system giving more information about the article. Currently this kind of information is quite scattered in the comments.

I don't see the point(s). Besides, we don't want to be like StackOverflow.

I thought that when we have some people who forget that we have answered to their questions so how about having some people who want to transfer their scores in place of having their questions answered well.
Think of a person who is prepared to give you +500 score from his scores It's very tempting
And it was just a proposal and in the world of companies competitions, it's not an unusual happening that a company try to offer something that already another company offered to people.
For example Yahoo provided free mail service to its users and Google proposed it to its users. Then Google provided a lot of space for free and Yahoo did too, to not be left behind.

This is not Burger King. You can't have it your way.
Besides, they use a lot of filler and additives down the street at Stack Overblow and it always leaves you wanting more.

Currently when cancelling a post a confirmation dialog is shown
"Are you sure you wish to cancel?"
(or something close to that)
This has 'OK' and 'Cancel' buttons. Would it not be better if these were 'Yes' and 'No'.

yes I want to cancel the cancellation I asked for by clicking the cancel button??
and no, I don't need an "are you sure..." dialog when cancelling out of an edit message attempt when I didn't modify the message at all.

We're using the built-in javascript confirmation dialog that, alas, has no options to change the names of the buttons. The only option is to replace the confirmation dialog with a custom dialog using jQuery UI or something. Not difficult, but not, unfortunately, high on the priority list unless it's really, really bugging you or actively causing you stomach cramps.
