It's pretty easy. You may want to start here.[^]

I've started a blog site using WordPress. I have installed the plugin Google Analyticator. There is a snippet of code that has to be pasted on each page and the instructions are to paste it in before the last tag.
Does anyone know where I can find the page with the HTML on it?
Thanks

Any good Wordpress plugin will do these type of changes for you, as there are 'hooks' available for this.
But to help you out, you will need to edit the header.php file in the themes directory. This is located under wp-content/themes/[yourtheme]/header.php
You will need to replace the [yourtheme] by the name of the theme you have activated for Wordpress (you should be able to see this in the wp-admin section).
You can add the code to that file just above the tag.
Alternatively you might want to look into the 'Ultimate Google Analytics', which has a very easy configuration.

Thanks for your response. I actually had to go into the editor and then select the header but you helped me get there Thanks again.

Anyone ever see anything like this?
Running from within VS 2010, going to an IE9 browser -
I've got an asp.net page that uses two regular HTML TEXTAREA controls (with runat="server" in them so I can load the text into them)
When the page loads for the very first time, all is wonderful, all is good. It grabs some text from a Session variable and puts it in one of the TEXTAREAs, leaving the other one empty.
I then manually puts text into the second TEXTAREA, pushes a button, and some javascript compares the two. Works fine.
Until I try to do it again with different data. The page loads, but the two TEXTAREA fields contain whatever they last used.
This occurs even if I close the browser. And if I stop the server. And if I yell at the computer. Nothing will make it display the next text unless I go in and delete the browser temporary files.
NO-CACHE doesn't help, of course. ViewState is turned off for everything that allows it.
BUT, the absolutely weirdest part is this: if I look at the source of the incorrectly displayed page, it is correct. The new text is in there, the empty TEXTAREA is in there. But the browser is NOT displaying what the source says it should be.
Anyone know what's going on?

This is a feature, not a bug, that is built into most browsers. A browser's ability to remember what's in a textarea helps you if you start to fill something out on a page and then navigate away from it -- the browser can then remember what you started to type. This browser feature is why you can click the "back" button and find your text still in a box, not wiped away.
I'm not sure how to stop it from happening, though. Controlling what the user's browser does is understandably difficult to do.

Even if I explicitly fill the TEXTAREA, it's going to show whatever was there last and not what I tell it to (and what is actually in the source of the page)?
And it's not a case of using the back button and seeing old crap. The browser was completely closed and still showed what was there last the next time it ran. Sounds like a HUGE security hole to me, not a feature. Does anyone really want someone to be able to open up a browser and see what you wrote on some page earlier?
EDIT: How about I create the page on the fly every time, with a different name, etc. Think that will confuse the browser enough that it will show what I tell it to?
EDIT #2: %$%@$#! The person who wrote the javascript I'm using had all the TEXTAREA (and labels and input boxes, etc) saved somewhere for who-knows-what-reason. I just wiped that part out and now it works fine (-ish). It wasn't the browser hanging onto things for user convenience. Whew.

Could be issue be in the browser cache ??
I have in the past has situations where the cache was not cleared and the bowser continued to populate controls with "old data"
I believe I fixed the problem by inserting some Meta Tags in the header....
<META http-equiv=PRAGMA content=NO-CACHE>
<META http-equiv=Expires content=-1>
<META http-equiv=CACHE-CONTROL content=NO-CACHE>
This may resolve the issue you are having.

Recently I started to create a portfolio website. I wanted to implement my own custom scroll bar without using jQuery. I've got everything to work with the scroll bar except being able to detect, using the onmousewheel event (I've searched a ton and have found nothing that works), whether a user has scrolled down the page or up the page so that I can have the scroll bar scroll down or up the page with the mouse scrolling. I would like some help with being able to detect this using javascript without having to use jQuery or another javascript library. Thanks in advance.

I don't actually have THE answer for you... but! You can look at the source code of the libraries and find out where they do it. I had to do that for my first mobile web application for some virtual events.
You can get the un-minified version of most of them and read through it.
If it moves, compile it

I'd like to make a web service that allows to find the shortest path between bus stations with Dijkstra's algorithm, then the path will be displayed on a map. (I have a database that contains the coordinated stations) but I do not know "how to start": , I am really blocked for a week and i dont find any thing , i dont find a tutorials as this subject
( This web service will be used by my android application)

But does your database contain route segments? A segment is a length of road.
Does your network account for inaccessible routes for a vehicle of the size of a bus?
Why not just use something like google maps to do this on?

first implement the algorithm and print as text and then you start implement as image

Firstly. you need wirte your blueprint of specfication. After you get the point in the logic domain. You can write your codes.
If you can't write the detail blueprint of the question. My suggestion is that you should draw the UI instead.

You'll need to use Open Graph. This will feed Facebook the information you input.

Please understand I'm asking this question at a very high level. My client wants me to develop a secure web API for capture and reporting on business data. This is the core requirement, and secondary to that, he wants an application that consumes the API. I'm quite happy to deliver both in my chosen dev platform, i.e. ASP.NET MVC4, but I'd like some overview suggestions on what to look at 'horizontally' so to say. Should I cater for multiple formats, be REST? What are my options for securing the API? A good book covering this area would me an immense help if someone can recommend one.

Hi,
I have created a WCF server application, and it's consumed by client. Everything works fine!
The problem is that I need to create a thread for every client that is connected to the server. I have read a lot that the web service create automatically a thread for every client. I tried to connect more clients, and it works.
But I need do create thread manually in my WCF server application.
How can I do this?
Thank you!

Well, it is one of the project conditions. Unfortunately, I have no idea how can I do this.
All I know about threads in WCF, is that WCF uses threads from a thread pool to service requests. So when a request begins it draws a thread from this pool to execute the request and after it finishes it returns the thread to the pool.
Thank you for your reply!
