One of these days I'm going to think of a really clever signature.

That's normal in QA, just report the repost, warn the poster, and ignore it. The spam today is extremely unusual though.

Wonder what system those guys are using. An iSpam, perhaps?
(In the event you didn't know the 'i' stands for 'Infinite')
Bill Gates is a very rich man today... and do you want to know why? The answer is one word: versions.

Not to be contrary, but what makes you say they are sock puppets and not just friends, colleagues or relatives?

I notice that most "answers" that are spam in QA are being reported and after a few you get the message that it's locked.
But why not just delete them? I'm sure if I have the rights to do that that most of the people here have that right.
So is there any reason why you guys don't delete them right away (which would clean up the questions a lot more than just reporting them) ?

Deleting the message would not delete the spammer's account. When the message is deleted, no one else will report so that the account may be still active.

All that wasn't there when I first reported... those spammers move fast...

They move faster than us coders!

This was repeated several times:
Question title: "How do i code up a mobile application project which disseminates media content"
Question body: "How do i code up mobile application which disseminates media content" (note: no explanation of what it supposed to mean, ever).
By: http://www.codeproject.com/Members/mapiye[^].
At the moment of writing, there are only two re-posts of this question. But, when it happened for the first time, I explained why this question makes no sense and that re-posts are unacceptable. OP reproduced the question several time despite of my multiple warnings.
Such behavior goes beyond the reasonable. Could it be moderated?
Thank you,
