Can't you see the posts are almost all by TomKat that are said to be from the 14th of March, but they don't have any main message headers.

Thanks for taking the time to help . I have the forum filter set to "Very High" so that's not my problem. I suppose you're right, it's probably something with my IE. I just cleared the cache the other day, and deleted my cookies (and another file that was storing old cookies), so maybe that's go something to do with it.

More information:
I'm trying this on another machine right now, and the list still shows up funny. Maybe it's something to do with my CP profile.

Given the GPL discussion in the lounge today (14 March 2003 AM) would it be good to have a check box for what license the user is submitting the code under. May I suggest the Artistic license as a default? Artistic[^]
Also a statement in the submission guidelines would be helpful. Does the site support GPL? I am open here if this is good or bad, I will never knowingly use GPL, but it would be very helpful if this was clearly stated at the top of articles.

it'd also be nice if people who used GPL'd code in their articles told potential users about it in the article text.

I think it may be a good idea to split the Latest 10 Updates and Latest Updates lists to Edited and Unedited. Most of new updates are unedited, and most of unedited updates is junk. So, when we enter the CodeProject, the first thing we see is the junk list. Actual CodeProject level is much better than Latest Updates level.

Have you guys ever considered providing RSS feeds of the new articles? I'd sure love to get the updates thru my aggregator instead of by email.
Thanks,

The ToggleBlock script in the profile settings page screws up the page layout when used in netscape 7.
Netscape now supports most of the useful DHTML & DOM functionlity IE has, but it seems there's an issue here...

Just curious as to the official status of the email notifications that normally come from the CP forums. I haven't recieved any for awhile and am just curious as to wether it is my email or CP itself.
Joel was definitley wrong when he said email notifications are a bad thing for forums.

My apologies, turns out it was my email address (it is a secondary email address so I only know it is down when I stop recieving CP emails.)

I agree,
Actually an email bundle from CP could be useful.

Funny, I was just thinking about posting a suggestion in the Sugestions forum to ask for just that. A daily digest of replies rather than individual replies.
