Yes. 5 members who have sufficient rep to remove a member will close that member's account.

Thank you, Chris. "...will close"... by what actions? Just reports? What kind? I assume, just reports on the account (abuse/troll? spam?), not reports on particular post; is that right?
Thank you,

Correct. Reports as spam or abuse on the member's account.

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?

The downvote was only based on this abomination that surrounds your signature. Is there any reason except that it can be done tbat you unleashed this upon us?
I really do want to know.

I was just messing around with HTML/CSS. I have removed it.

If you check the user and his Questions & answers you will know. But as you ask...
Do you think to write things like:
"ffffffffffssssssfsfsfsfsssssssssffffffssss" or to repeat over 100 times the same sentence without a line break is normal behaviour?
If you can not see them anymore is probably because other users have reported them and got deleted. What gives you the confirmation that he was not doing it correctly.
Regards.

"Account is no longer active."
As an idea, when you post a report here, please try to give a link to the messages as well as the user - that way it is quicker to get to the "offence" and both stand a good chance of removal. At the moment, since the user is gone, we can't check (and report if necessary) the messages as well.

By a Google search, to my surprise, I've found this:
http://www.technobits.net/authors/Sergey%20Alexandrovich%20Kryukov/[^].
This is not a full list of my works at CodeProject (please see my profile), and the articles look like exact copies from CodeProject placed to technobits.bet, and the further links finally point to CodeProject: member profiles, for example.
What could it be? I don't like it…
Thank you,

It must be legit: Chris Maunder[^] is there as well. As am I, though I don't recall signing up...
But strangely, Christian Graus isn't!

My theory:
They are new and anyone who wrote article/blog/tip in last 6 months or so were pulled in with profile. Thus Chris is there but not CG.

My hypothesis is that they avoided him as they didn't wan t to be sued by Quantas...

They are listing CodeProject articles and displaying them in frames.

Nice, but I'd be inclined to use X-Frame-Options: Deny[^], just in case they find a way around the script.
