At the moment, there are 27 "answers"; and I recently removed one; I probably removed some more in the past. I decided to check up all remaining "answers", and found only 3 real attempts to help someone; all other answers were the "answers" to own OP's questions. Not real answers, I would say. What is outrageous, they are all self-accepted formally.
To me, it looks like abuse. Generally, the questions and answers are pretty poor. I don't know, maybe this is a way to boost "reputation" — I cannot understand such behavior.

Solution already away. User still there, I could not read the solution, so I am giving him the presumption of innocence before reporting.

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?

He already tried to post an article last week containing the comic images which I (and apparently others) reported as plagiarized because there was no reference to the company and the copyright.
When reading this post the first time I remembered the article and looked up his member ship and other posts like you. While the press releases are OK, this one smells a little bit but I did not reported. I may change my mind if he posts more like this one.

You know, I agree, but…
It's impossible to have a humor police enforcing quality of referenced material, and formally this is just fun stuff; the topic of the forum does not specifically ban comics references, I think. (Maybe prohibiting such things just by the rules would be a good idea, hard to say…)
But I voted to remove the post — this is humor for morons, tasteless, brainless, not funny, drawing quality/"style" is abominate. I feel pretty bad about having to use the term "humor" in this context.
And real-life storied are million times more funny.

I would agree, if this had been posted in the lounge as a joke cartoon, then it would have passed without problem. In that forum though, it is out of place, and probably only there to get either traffic or links to their website.
As you say, it is pretty poor humor!

I agree and voted to remove the post. I only discussed about having some written rules on the forum, and what can we do about it. Maybe we should do what you did: post our observations on the Abuse Watch forum and encourage members to vote to remove such out of place stuff.
Thank you,

I can not do anything in the article. Other times I can not see the content, but at least I can see the flag to report. In this article, not. Don't know why.
User... helped to go to door

He created a new account with the same member name but probably a different email address.

No good. This is a big leak...

Why a leak?
Black listing user names would not help: The spammer gets a message that the name is not avavilable and chooses another one.
I still wonder that most spammers enter a name rather than using the default one for new accounts.

Maybe you are right, but without blacklisting names sneaking in again is way easier. I'm not sure though; I thought blacklisting of names is applied. You see, I, for example, create a new e-mail alias every time I deal with some new business or need to order something and later delete the e-mail account, to prevent spam (and yes, since I started this practice, I have very low level of spam, without using any filters at all). And so, it's way too easy to, say, add/modify one character in alias e-mail address and enlist in CodeProject practically unlimited number of times. Under the same account name. Yes, I do understand that the same simple trick could be done on a name, but look, spammers prefer we well-rounded names.

It's easier to re-create an account with black listing. But it's not a leak. We should not waste more time than necessary with such subjects.
BTW: I did not downvote your post.
