Just tried it and it worked for me, and the code I changed yesterday to prevent mis-votes is not dependant on member type. I'll keep an eye on it, though,

I've the same problem (in the "Uncategorised posts" forum and in the "Chinese topics" forum; I didn't test other forums because in the other forums there was no spam.).
If I click on "Spam", then I get the message "Rating is not enabled for this forum."
In some cases, my signature will be longer then my message...

I'm getting the same message. Worked fine about 6 hours ago, but not anymore.

FYI, I just marked a couple of Lounge posts as spam and got the same message.

Indeed a massive attack. I see one of the spammers in Top 24 too! (No idea how he made it. )

Most of us just report the member and the post as Spam. We don't downvote the solution. So 50 spam solutions * 10 Points will definitely get them a spot in the top experts in last 24 hrs.

Just "SmartCodeproject" remaining to be nuked. All the others active in the list got nuked when I reported them. Never nuked some many spammers in a row till date.
