Can't Codeproject track IP addresses for each user?
I find a lot of posters who have a really poor grasp of English but claim to (generally) be from the "United States" particularly curious.
I would block any user that claims to be from one country but consistently posts from an IP address that is in another country.
(Just my 2 cents ... er, nickel).
