Yes, this message is sent in reply to a very bad article which does not deserve to be published.
But making fun of author's name, and doing it "secretly" in Russian language, when nothing can help to translate it if you don't know Russian very well (allusion on similarity with one Russian word and one Yiddish word known in Russia in Russian spelling; nothing obscene, but just rude) is not acceptable. The author sends us a message, essentially meaning: "for us rude Russian people it's funny, and others won't understand it, ha-ha". This is not so offensive to the author of the article, but this is offensive to Russian people.

There is no risk for me, according to the ranking of the Q&A answerer and your rep points.

My comment "My note of 1" to this article explains why it's bad.

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?
Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you

Looks like it is copied direct from somewhere, what with the font changes, large spaces in the middle of sentences, and so on. But I can't see anywhere obvious with Google, so I haven't voted it as plagiarised. Anyone else seen this before?
