Could you put a link to the article please?

Okay, I posted an answer at 14.14, but it's registered at 13.14 in my recent messages list. You had me worried that I had more time to home time than I thought I had.

The site isn't automatically adjusting for DST. Given the complexities involved, I can't say I blame them!
Try ticking the "Are you currently in Daylight Saving Time?" box on your settings page.

Code Project has no control over what gets displayed in Google. I wish it did, but it doesn't.
As for the question not existing - for some reason it's been deleted. The OP, for instance, may have decided to delete it. What would you have CP do?

Hi Pete,
That's completely fine. Thanks... We don't have control over it.
But I was wondering, if we just remove that link when somebody deletes it, so that it will not show in results. I mean if the question is deleted, then why to keep the link ?
I don't know whether this can be done and if that will not show in results. Can you please confirm and explain ?
Thanks,
Tadit

As I said, we don't control what's in Google. If a link has been Googled, it stays Googled for a very long time.

Look at the Revisions[^] of your article. At the first version, you still see 'Pending', but the second version is edited/approved by Smitha Vijayan. Platinum Authors (and some member types such as Editor) have the option "Mark this article as updated?" This is checked by default, and if I would create a new article, I should uncheck it, otherwise my article would be marked as updated. If your article was approved before editing, it would be marked as new, because (I think) you don't see this option.
So, I think the reason is very simple: Smitha edited your article, but forgot to uncheck this option (which looks logical in my opinion, if I would edit an article before publishing, I could also forget to uncheck this option).
Don't shoot me if I'm wrong, but this could be a reason.

Hi Chris,
I don't know if it is happening with everyone or not, but in my case when I click on "Last" link in Reputation History Page, it shows a blank page with no contents.
Thanks,
Tadit

Can we have our power to delete a question or answer in Q&A back? It was a mess in Q&A this weekend[^]. If not high rep based, can it be distributed to few more hand picked members? (By distributing more protector badges...)

I agree, I used to be able to do it but it now seems only editors and protectors have such power.
Use the best guess

Do you want the power to delete, or do you not want to see items that are closed?
The power to delete was being abused.

Since having few more with delete power would help, can you provide that to few you think should be okay?

If there are 1 or 2 abusing their power, how will giving it to even more help?
Questions and answers can and should be removed using the report mechanism. This is far safer for everyone involved.
