Thank you. Does one gain the abilities to "nuke" accounts as the reputation points become more numerous?

Thankfully, no! (Or I'd have been deleted years ago).
Five "Spam" reports deletes the account - I just applied the fifth kick.

Ok, got ya. I know there are only a few users with points even remotely in the same ball park as you and wasn't sure about the abilities at that level.

Because I've only been here for four years and some people got quite upset when I overtook them in the reputation stakes, when they had been here for twice as long, or more...
If people had that ability, some of them would have used it!

Could someone send an attack hamster round to deal with him?

Are you sure? There still seem to be quite a few posts which are direct copies of CodeProject articles, and still have images hosted on the codeproject.com domain.

What we have here is a repeat offender. In the days it took Google to process the DMCA request, he copied more articles. This now classifies him as a repeat offender and I have requested Google de-activate his account entirely on these grounds.

For the "resize and compress image" post, I suspect it's the other way round. Looking at the ryblogs post[^], both the code download and the images are pointing to the tip on CodeProject. The tip was first posted here on 2013-04-13; the blog post claims to have been posted on 2013-04-14.
All of the other posts on the blog seem to be copied from CodeProject as well. I'll report the blog in a separate post to make sure it gets noticed.
