Both of the source articles you've linked to are attributed to the Blogger user "Abhishek Gahlout[^]". The CodeProject article is written by "AbhishekGahlout[^]". I suspect they're the same person.

Has posted 2 articles, one on injecting shell code and another on how to write and install a virus. I'm all for understanding how these things work on a theoretical level but these really seem to be tutorials that would be better at home on 2600.com than here. I could see if the articles were more a "how it works" than a step-by-step tutorial on writing your own computer virus and shell hacking... Thoughts?

I think the purpose of the 'article' was to explain how to add a "Share on Facebook" link on your web site.

I don't think it's spam. It just looks like a code dump.

No, it doesn't look like spam, it just doesn't look like anything. I'm just sort of wondering if with the two comments the OP posted to it if it's a primitive attempt to see if XSS works here in a quiet corner before going for it in a more trafficked area.
It probably isn't, but it just looks weird (even for some of the "articles" people try to get through)
