Spamming and downvoting are very different things. The members who have downvoted your messages have the right to do so. It doesn't mean their opinion reflects the majority consensus, but I'm not going to tell someone what they should and should not think.

No. No one has rights to do something like this, as per my view. How is it possible that you find my 40 answers inappropriate in 18 minutes? I am pointing to some direction which i think you understand very well.
Quote: The members who have down voted your messages have the right to do so.
This task is not done by 'members',it is done by 'member'. Do you think that all of a sudden,40 users found my answers irrelevant? The one who have done this has just opened my answers list, and start down voting, you consider this as a right?
I also get down votes many times,i have never posted that as a problem here because i understand that there are five stars that can be used for rating, But that does not mean to use it like this.
This is so embarrassing.

Here i must say to you 4 things:
1. You had very fast and bad judgement and did't understand the main thing that happened and what you say is your personal view. Morteza is my best friend and our accounts are almost Mixed. He make that Q before in MSN forums and i knew until he ask it here so i copy that answer here again...
2. You think that i make you fool but this is your own misinterpretation but i have respect for you.
3. I know SPAM is how destructive for a site like this because i'm admin of sth like this so i think i hate from spam and what thing you report. so you say i am SPAM? (www.Sourcenevis.ir)
4. Anyway i request my friend for deleting that account and use my accounts instead of that. we are a group and can work together.
Finally i'm so confused that why you do like a person who catch thieves. maybe Checking IP can help me..
Yours sincerely

Account are almost mixed? We also had so many friends here,it doesnt mean that we 'almomst mix' the account. And i strongly recommend you to refer to this link What is Plagiarism?[^]. It states that:
Quote: Plagiarism is the "wrongful appropriation" and "purloining and publication" of another author's "language, thoughts, ideas, or expressions," and the representation of them as one's own original work .
Further,if something is available online then why you posting this question here on codeproject. We are here to contribute, not to solve puzzles. I already mentioned there that if content is available at some other site, than it wont add much value by posting here.
Happy Coding.!

Before this i work in other forums with different conditions and rules and also i recently (4 days not 8 month) join to Codeproject and didn't know the Codeproject rules and values (Like "not to solve puzzle").
Also i don't understand what your meaning throw talking about "Plagiarism" but i think your bad judgement and Link of "Plagiarism" make me an insult. i can add this my mean from 'almost mix' not you think. we worked together to improve our Team so i think better idea was to Change my account type to Organization to working couple...
at end i can't prove my idea to you with English language as well. so i prefer ending this discussion.
Note again that story is not that you think.
Your Sincerely

By Plagiarism,i meant to say you copied someone's content and posted here. This is pure 100% plagiarism.
Quote: I didn't know the Codeproject rules and values (Like "not to solve puzzle").
Every member is also strongly recommended to refer to guidlines before posting questions, not here but on any forum sites. You should be atleast aware that this place is to become helpful, get new ideas, solve real problems and make others get out of this.
Happy Coding.!

Ok now i know what your forum values. but i must add that i'm not a plagiarism. that Q was really simple and what i give in answer was not an exclusive algorithm which make me a plagiarism. also in other forums which i worked, the important goal was answer. (from yourself or others links or answers).
anyway i don't like talking about it anymore and at least i understand this forum main goal. also don't forget that i am here just for 4 days up to now.
Your Sincerely

Its not my matter of concern for how many days you are here. You copied someone's content, thats plagiarism. I dont want more meaningless statements as you are not even able to accept the fact i explained in the above comments. You cant even understand the definition of it.So take care next time, otherwise you will definitely be reported.
Happy Coding.!

its not important for me that someone like you report me which have blindly jundjment and don't want accept truth. you want just say this "You copied someone's content, thats plagiarism".
meaningless statements as you are not even able to accept the fact<br />
if your are someone which very equitable you must consider 1% for your self wrong.
Ok, you can think like that and note that my first language is not English and also i'm 17 so my english level in this state can be good. anyway i say Congratulations you for finding and reporting a very bad spammer. (In your idea)
Your Sincerely

Hi,
Thanks for your message earlier saying you've seen far less interesting projects that were submitted.
I know my asm.net app would be educational because it would teach people how to program and connect students together.
Could you reconsider my asm.net project?
ASM.NET - Education Category[^]
I even wrote Intel about it and they said everyone should have the same opportunity to submit their projects for any of the 6 categories. They said the judges would determine which apps they like the most.
Thanks,
Jason

It's already approved by the looks of things, so good luck in the comp.
Slightly OT, I know Pete o'Hanlon from the forums here, he is very well known as one of the "good guys". I think there may have been a misunderstanding yesterday, his point was similar to mine in that the proposal didn't obviously link up to the "Educational" category in any clear way. It seems the revised version does this.

Thanks for your help. It might have been a little misunderstanding in the beginning but I tried to fix it up the best I could to help make it the idea more understandable.
Thanks,
Jason

There is absolutely nothing to this[^] tip. It links to an external project and contains no description whatsoever.

I'm not sure about this member: Bilashcse[^]
- When I go the the
ListVersions.aspx?aid=<answer> page, and when I change <answer> into the number of one of his answers, then I can see that nearly all his answers are 1 or 2 times bookmarked. Example: http://www.codeproject.com/script/Articles/ListVersions.aspx?aid=610131[^]
Looks suspicious... - He answered two times to a question of Maria_007[^]. That doesn't look very suspicious, but the 2 questions of Maria_007 are one time upvoted, however these questions don't deservere a vote of 5 (in my opinion), so I think Bilashcse upvoted these questions, so I think Maria_007 is (one of) his sock-puppet(s).
I think this is sock-puppetry, but I'm not sure, so would anyone check whether my presumption is correct?
Thanks in advance.

I have no idea how this[^] made it through the review process. It should have been pushed back because there's no way that it's an article.

I am glad someone brought this up. The article came into the queue several times and each time I was a finger twitch away from voting it as advertisement (not for the Ducascopy company, but for the company he is linking to). It does seem to solve a problem, but it looks more like a Tip if anything.
BTW, did you try to click on the download link? It seems to just takes me back to the article.
