It thinks this person[^] advertising his website, all his answers ends with a website link. The website is not helpful at all, I sent him a comment[^] and he is continuing in all questions, a very patient man. He take his time reading the questions and ends with a not so usefull website link.

You did exactly the right thing - that is spam, and a serial spammer. His answers are intended solely to direct traffic to his site.
I have deleted all his answers, and his account should go as well.

That he doesn't know how to post questions (he got answers though) and that he is a bit impatient, is clear. But I don't see it abusive (not yet), so I don't think he deserves being reported.

I would agree.
Unfortunately, others didn't and the account is gone... I've requested a reinstatement.

If this remains continue after so many comments, than i think that can be considered as abuse.

So many comments? I have re-checked the questions... there was only one person (ThePhantomUpvoter) telling him about the quality of the text.
There are thousands of people with such low quality questions, but as we say in a lot of times... the most important objective here is to learn
You could have warned / downvoted him / reported the messages but you could have given him a second chance before reporting the user here. As far as I know there is nothing in the guidelines against low quality questions, if you don't like how he asks, you might ignore them.

As i can see many questions has been deleted. I have been suggested by OriginalGriff somewhere that provide links, not snapshots. Hence i provided a link and this controversy has emerged as a result.
Quote: the most important objective here is to learn
What do you learn from the question where OP is going to print number series using scanf and Regular Expression? My impression is, if he is not clear even at this level, than i don't think he can follow suggestions.
He was supposed to try something. He did not shown a single effort in any any of the question. All the questions with same title. If some one just keep posting question in this fashion without any effort, its not acceptable at all.
Nelek wrote: You could have warned / downvoted him / reported the messages
I did.
Quote: you could have given him a second chance before reporting the user here
His account is not deleted on first day. He has been suggested too many times to post question according to guidelines. And the account was not deleted by me. Its deleted based on 5 reports, that is 5 members have found it inappropriate.
And if CP re-activates the account,i would appreciate if he follows the guidelines properly.

Are you sure? We understand the meaning of suggestions or warnings in different ways.
Whatever... I don't want to have a discussion. I just gave you my opinion.

To avoid missunderstandings... If you quote me, please quote it right. That is your sentence, not mine.
And about the thema... You think you did it right and other people reported the user as well. So for me this point is closed.
I repeat, I just gave you an opinion because you are relative new. I didn't acuse you doing it wrong or whatever. That is democracy, it is allowed to have a different opinion.

Hi, this is a question more than a report.
After the full list by SoMad and myself below pointing to that Spire library... I have found an article using the trial version of that. The article has quite a big popularity (230k+ views, 18k+ downloads, 300+ bookmarks, 80+ votes = 4.59).
If it is something working with a free version (limited but functional)... is it spam as well?
On the other hand... The user is writing in other articles related pointing to his article or to the 3rd party product, saying "it is easier with..." or similars.
As I am not sure about the "legality" of this action, I will wait for your answers before posting user and article.

I believe you are referring to the article I linked to earlier. In my mind that is spam, but I would also like hear what the higher authorities think about it.
That article alone has given the member +15K Author points, but when someone asks a question in the article's forum, he is unable to answer it (unless it is about how to register the component).

I didn't check those link of your message. But yes, I am speaking about them. Although SummiG has 4 Articles and two tips. And you are right, the contributions are only to say thanks, to point to the site or to help purchasing / registering.

Helping to clean up the list below I have found Generate Excel from XML and Generate XML from Excel[^] it looks quite OK, but it is actually pointing to the same product that all spammers, the user is gone time ago.
I don't really understand if the method described at the beggining is OK. but after the "Generate XML from Excel" (4th code snippet) it is the spam.
If the first half is legitime... should we delete the spam and leave the rest?
EDIT:
This article Reading and Writing Excel using OLEDB[^] seems OK to stay, but it has some links that could be deleted too, "you may buy a component for it (...) Here are some ideas:" (one is not existing anymore). What do you think?

In a weird way I am a bit surprised you found more Spire spammers that I have not seen before (I actually have some additional links).
I am not sure about TracyLandy in your list. I am just not seeing any real spam in the 3 answers, but maybe that's because the spammy answers have already been removed.
