That seems a probable reason. In 2010 I became more active on CP even though I had already signed up January 25th 2007. I think there already were Tips/Trick type articles by 2010.
Cheers!

This user[^] has posted 6 questions in the QA (so far)
http://www.codeproject.com/script/Answers/MemberPosts.aspx?tab=questions&mid=6086409[^]
The weird thing is that he answers himself in 4 of them within a minute with a bunch of code. So it is clearly a "ask question" + "paste ready answer".
Then there is this "question" Just Test Test test ddsds sd d[^]
In another one he even posted a comment his own solution as "good one"
I have told him he should stop doing that and if he really wants to share his code to make that, he should write a tip/trick or something, but I consider it "rep hunting" in the QA.
Not reported him yet. I would like to know your opinion first.
Edit: Cleaned up

Thanks for your opinion. I though it too, but wanted to be sure.

On a side-note, I modified the Just Test Test test ddsds sd d[^] question and answer. Without the pre-tags, the whole thing was displayed at half the normal width and the reporting flags were not visible (both in Chrome and IE). I had to switch to Mobile site mode to make "Improve solution" visible and actually [Tab] through the elements to get to "Improve question".
I figured I would share that little tip here.

I don't know if the article is already nuked, but the link you gave brings to a full empty auto-saved version without flag.
User needs one more at the moment

Respected CP & Administrator Panel,
I would like to kind request to entire Administrator Panel that either they stop such Religious harassment or they stop such people who are doing that for just increasing their number of points or their general Status.
I am member of Code Project because i like to be here for discussion my problems and discussed it in between very large scale of talented peoples but In Between if i found myself as part of Religious harassment then very gently i would like to request that please delete my account.!!
I think the people who doing such thing i don't have specify their profile or name that administrator panel very well known and aware of that.!!
Thank You.

Pardon?
I have seen no admin, staff, or even "senior member" indicate any form of religious harassment.
Perhaps you could post links to such comments?
The only instant messaging I do involves my middle finger.

Am I missing something here?
- Link 1: No reference to any religion, and no insults.
- Link 2: (Message since removed) Possible religious insult, if "people whose last name is 'Joshi'" is a veiled reference to a religious group. Google and Wikipedia come up empty on this one, so you'll have to enlighten us if that's the case.
- Link 3: Personal insult; no mention of religion.
So out of the three links, that's one potential religious insult, and one personal insult. Not a nice attitude, but it hardly counts as "constantly insulting someone's religion".

If someone insults you, then you can report the message as "Abusive" (using the red flag on the bottom-right of the message). You can also post a link to the message in this forum to ask other members to review and report it. If enough people decide that it's not acceptable, the message will be removed.
If the user continues to exhibit abusive behaviour, then either their account will be banned, or a moderator will step in and tell them to play nice.
However, a claim of "religious harassment" is something which would be taken far more seriously than a personal insult. Announcing that someone is insulting your religion when they are merely insulting you is a good way to annoy the moderators, and ensure that any future complaints are not taken seriously. I would refer you to Aesop's fable, The Boy who Cried Wolf[^].

This saddens me. It really, really does.
CodeProject is meant to be a sharing site - not a one for abuse; yet you are both as bad as each other now. What I would do, if I were you, is ignore the perceived insult from the other user. I will be commenting to him as well. Use CodeProject for what it's intended - a means to share and learn; as soon as you start throwing accusations around, you lose the "moral high ground" over the other user.
I'm begging you and the other user - please stop this behaviour now.
