I'm not going to click any link what so ever containing the words crocko.com
You'd better store your picture on flickr or picasa or something similar, before your post or even account get voted as spam and disabled.

If they are on the same server use SSMS.
Select *
into DatabaseName.dbo.DestinationTableName
from DatabaseName.dbo.SourceTableName

That answer does not seem to relate to the original question. The image link does not work!

Sorry my net nazi won't allow access to that site.
Just type out the error message like everyone else instead of faffing around with images!

Pictures uploaded to Flickr are by default set as private.
Log into Flickr and set the permissions and the link will probably work.

Assumed I think installing multiple instances are a little beyond the OPs skills.

If you mean SQL Server 2005, and if you have SSMS (which you should), you can use that to do it.
Right-click on the source database | Tasks | Export data... | Next | Select the destination server (instance) and database | Next | Next | Select the table(s) to copy
you should be able to go from there.

Depends on what you mean by "fastest".
If you mean the way that takes you the least amount of time then it depends on your experience.
If you mean something where there are large amounts of date, then database import/export tools are often fastest. If small amounts of data then any mechanism will likely take the same time as any other.

Go to your SA and get them to re create your login again, prepare to be berated as an idiot!
How do you expect to be able to logon if you have delete the credentials.
If it is your server then use another set of creds (you do have the sa creds don't you) which have rights to security and recreate your integrated creds.

Then yes the only solution is to re install. I think there may be a way to recover the sa but I don't know.
First thing I do when setting up is create 2 sa users and put the creds into passwordsafe having lost the sa password in the past

I have been searching the far reaches of the web trying to find a way to import all of my rss feeds into openofice base. From what I have gathered so far is that it is possible with VBA code but could not find it anywhere. I think this should not be that difficult.
Also, I have been trying to find a way to forward emails to same database. Is there a way to setup a database email address to send mail to? I have already tried to forward the emails to rss feed but that is not without errors.
Please assist me in anyway, thank you.

Where did you store the connectionstring? in web.config file? Then make sure you're using the right host. Check these
Remote ORACLE server connection string[^]
Oracle connection strings[^]
