I enabled AnswerPhone in my mobile :P
I don't answer to mobile when i'm not sure about the caller( maybe my boss wants to talk with me  ) !!!
I'm so scary about it.
Best way is e-mail, because i can write everything in rest

Is Windows Me VB edition I'm sure.
It started with the phone 'crashing' when I pressed send.
That was a one off, I re-typed the message and send it OK.
This progressed to being every 5 texts or so.
Now its every other text. I can be there typing a lengthy text, and when I click send, it crashes and have to re-type it.
By 'craches' I mean, it goes blank then turns itself on again. Erasing the text.
I've got around it by saving the text to the outbox before sending. Bu its bloody annoying, and the phone is at the point where its too late to replace, and the time till free upgrade is a few months off.
 I like the phone too, a gold coloured Nokia 6510. Complete with dog chew marks
p.s. the dog chewed it after the problem started. smart asses.

Yeah my gold coloured nokia 6310 does the same kind of thing, you type out a text message, hit send, and the screen blanks out, stays blank for a moment then comes back to life. the message hasnt been sent, and its also been erased so you have to type it out again.
Also the day i got my nokia, my dog took a bite out of my old samsumg phone.. think its the radiation they give out - it nukes the dogs brain forcing them to want to bit them!

Its a much more freindly means of contact than an email becasue when people want to talk to you they generally offer you a beer which makes listening much more worth while, and then for those people that call you on your mobile when youre in the pub, you can make then jelous that they're not there too (feed them a line about sexy bar maids, drunken girls... etc)
just a typical man i guess... wish my local bar had WIFI though....

There's a new problem/advantage/disadvantage coming soon...
is the new umts phone systems, that's will mean people seeing the face of the other people talking with the phone.
It is sure this will change the way people understand communications by phone...
Just imagine trying to lie some customer about where you are at a concrete moment...

If I am awake there is a 80% chance I am at a PC. Therefore, most people comment on how fast I am at answering email, but how hard it is to find me on the phone. No contest, email is the way to get my attention.

However, eating in the shower make food soggy, sleeping in the shower is not as dangerous as sleeping in the bath but still not recommended.

I couldn't live without my mobile phone - I use it all the time. If we re going, I'll call friends to see what they're doing, if they're coming etc. Also love SMS - so convenient, esp. with predictive input.
I don't use my mobile as much at uni, but even so it's still invaluable!

Truly, with a vengeance. Actually I hate anything that involves a microphone, but phones more than anything else.
I have to pay for a landline, so that I can use the internet but my total outgoing (non-internet) calls usually amounts to about 8 per quarter. I'm usually connected to the internet just to stop the auto-diallers getting to me, so then I have to have a mobile as well so that real people who want to contact me can.
Again, I make about 2 calls a month, but I still have to pay for the "free" minutes I never use. Ironicly, people still don't get through to me on the phone because I'm useless with the concept of a *mobile* phone and always leave it in my coat pocket.
If people could just get used to the fact that I'm more likely to read an email than answer a phone then I'd be a much happier person. I could get rid of my mobile. Then I can work on convincing the world that landlines are for internet connections and should otherwise be destroyed.
