I can: you want a seamless payment experience without having to redirect the user to PayPal. Essentially it's "How do I use PayPal as a backend payment gateway".

Starting the list with two open source libraries are only meant to make you overlook the spam in the third one. Although the link points to a CodePlex project, it only contains samples on how to use the commercial product (which we have seen way too much of already).

I was not sure at first if you meant that this member of a plagiarist or the victim of plagiarism as a search on a randomly selected sentence found that those words have been copied by many around the world. The original paper that that he copied must has been a good article to be copied so much so I continued my search.
It took a bit of digging, but I think this Stanford term paper[^] was source material for his
Face Detection in C#
[^] article.

That was one of them. He had an article on Managed DirectX which lifted text directly from a book. Even going as far as to suggest he had been responsible for the design of Managed DirectX, obviously the guy who wrote the book was on the original team.
His paper on DNA fractal finger print detection lifts text from sources such as this[^].
