Hmmm. I am wondering if it depends on your browser or the source you are copying and pasting from. Have you tried putting the code in something like notepad, then copying and pasting from there into the article?
If it's giving you trouble I'd be happy to post the article for you. Feel free to send it my way.
Thanks,

Hi Sean,
I'll try the notepad idea.
Thanks for the offer, but I would like to post it myself.
Thanks,
Baxter.

Hi Again
I switched to IE from Firefox, problem solved.
I noticed the browser performs some kind of step once the code has been copied in on IE, but not on Firefox.
Thanks Again,
Baxter

Hi! I added a technical blog, and at that time there was something wrong with an article. How do I request someone to review my revision and update my article? It passed more than 10 hours since I fixed the article on code project and nothing happened. The bad part is that I have people sharing the article and tweeting about it and it's not complete, like 30% of it is missing, so I need to fix this ASAP.
This is the link to my article: Why TDD Makes Me a Happy Developer[^][^]
And this is the link to the full article on my blog:

Thank you!

I thought I saw a while back that JQuery was allowed in articles now. I would like to use the JQueryUI Accordion widget, may I?
|
|
|
|

You could always try creating an article and see, edit the HTML with the script then hit the "preview" button to see if it actually worked.

I'd thought of doing that but I'm not ready to submit one yet.
I also need to add a video to it and want to find how to do that also.
Thanks

Sadly no, we do not allow jQuery in articles. However, when you are ready to embed a video please shoot me an email and let me know and I'd be happy to oblige.
Thanks,

Hello!
I noticed that my article is in the race for the best Android article of December 2013.
Will updating my article (it's now January - that's all) affect its results in the competition? I won't disqualify it or anything?
|
|
|
|
|
As long as you're improving your article, I say go for it. Your article was picked because of how well it did in December - there's nothing in the rules that says you have to leave it alone. Heck, I find it commendable that you're looking to update it.

Thanks for the info!

I asked this about a week ago! I've already updated my article.

Hi,
Can anybody provide some guidelines for becoming code project MVP.
Thanks,
MB

Write great articles that inform us about topics that interest. Help out by giving great answers in the forums. Don't be obsessed with the title MVP. Oh, and a good start is learning which forums you should post questions in.

Thanks for reply. Well, I am just curious to know how it goes. I mean do codeproject pick up top 10 or 20 members who have earned maximum points in a year through there articles and answers or there is some other parameter.
Thanks
MB
