That is, I suspect the whole "point" - reputation, undeserved, and unearned. It "looks good" on your resume to have articles published - until of course the potential employer looks at them and realises they are rubbish and / or plagiarised. And a "free source" of rep points as well? Hold me back!
Trouble is it's easier to copy and paste, and some people don't realize that everything is moderated - and we're all pretty good at spotting plagiarism now.

Given that the names are very similar, and he posted the same copied rubbish under both names at the same time, I would call that a serial plagiarist myself!
